The nearby (10 minutes drive) seaside town of Ballybunion has lots to offer, bars, restaurants, two golf courses, swimming pool and health centre. Central location for day trips to Killarney, Dingle, Ring of Kerry, Limerick, Clare, Cliffs of Moher via Tarbert ferry. Shannon Airport is one hour, thirty minutes away and Kerry Airport is one hour away.

Set in the middle of the picturesque fishing village of Carrigaholt, SeaView House is a charming and spacious house with an extraordinary garden which  runs all the way down to the shore of Carrigaholt. The living areas all share the breathtaking view of the Shannon Estuary; a place to have breakfast whilst watching the boats come into the near and far piers. The coastline of Kerry is opposite and can be seen clearly from the garden. The house is idyllic in its setting and a rare find!
