The Carriage House near Leeuwarden

Rural location on the Elfsteden route, on the edge of the Leeuwarder forest we rent out our "6 person coach house". The former coach house we have converted into a beautiful apartment and is next to our farm with private terrace on the south. Sleeping with the sheep & a whole herd of horses.

Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Our apartment is located in an old farmhouse. With a beautiful view (airport, horse rental). The apartment is quietly located in Ballum, close to supermarket, bike rental and dining options. Also beach and forest are within walking distance (about 1500 meters). On our property there is a second apartment and we also have various animals walking in the meadow (goats, ducks, chickens and ponies).
