We're centrally located in Merced's historic "Old Town" just a short walk from Downtown. Great restaurants, wine bars, movies, a playhouse and live entertainment venues are all there for your dining and relaxation pleasure. We are a non-smoking facility. Adorable 2-bedroom country guesthouse

Our little guesthouse is located in the Central valley. It is nestled in an almond orchard on our family farm. Only a 1/2 mile from Highway 99 it has easy access to many of California’s beautiful sights. This home includes a cozy living room, two bedrooms (with a queen bed and a full bed) and a minimally stocked kitchen. It does include a Keurig. Only five minutes away are plenty of choices of fast food restaurants and grocery stores. There is also laundry soap available for washing clothes.

Our home is located in central San Joaquin Valley, amongst the farming industry. Out in the country away from the traffic and noise of town but still close enough to Highway 99 for easy access. A prime location for a home base for taking in all CA has to offer. Yosemite, Monterey, and San Fran are all just a 2 hour drive from our home. There will be some fresh baked goods and a few other breakfast items for you to enjoy your first morning.

I had a great stay in this comfortable and quiet room. The space was perfect for getting work done, with fast internet and a peaceful environment. Everything was clean and well-maintained, and I really appreciated the thoughtful touches like the snacks, beverages in the mini fridge, and overall hospitality. The location is very central, making it easy to get around. It was also a nice bonus to have streaming options like Netflix and Prime Video available for downtime. The host was friendly, attentive, and very understanding—communication was smooth throughout. I’d definitely stay here again in the future! Thanks Veronica! 😊

First time using the app and was very pleased on how everything went. Smooth checking and very quiet place to stay at. Even if it was a shared bathroom every guest was respectful of the bathroom. We’ll be staying here again on our next trip to Patterson. Thank you for the hospitality and sharing your beautiful home with my wife and I.

Transformed double garage into a Beautifully decorated Steam Punk car cave. Wonderful, functional full kitchen, great laundry. Bed was soft. Lights give it a cozy ambient feel, with the little natural light. Pretty outside space with lots of seating and privacy. Unfortunately Garage doors are not sound proof so this allowed for the noise of the next door neighbors children playing in the pool during the days and the dog barking to be a little disruptive while working.
