Welcome to our charming cottage on Haukøy! This cozy cabin is the perfect place to stop if you are on your way to Lofoten, Steigen, Narvik or want to experience Norway's national mountain Stetind. The location is ideal, with proximity to Skarberget -Bognes and Kjøpsvik- Drag ferry connection, making it easy to explore the beautiful northern Norway. Welcome to this idyllic old farmhouse on Tjeldøya. The northern Light can be seen right outside the door and during the summermonths one can see cruiseboats on the Tjeldsund strait. The house is close to the sea, and the island is perfect for hikes in the mountains. You can fish cod, Salmon, makrell or flatfish - and if lucky you may ser the whales or some of the majestic eagles that habitates in this area. This year, it may be especially attractive to be able to come to Bjørklund farm for Norgesferie.

Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.
