Two bedroom one bath clean, restored historic home in Lower Highland—LoHi—a family-friendly, safe, pleasant neighborhood. Great restaurants are within a quick and enjoyable walk. The Platte River jogging trail is just down the hill, and the central business district and Union station are a 1.5 mile easy walk through cute historic neighborhoods. Enjoy the main floor of a home located both 10 min from Downtown Denver and a 20 min drive to Red Rocks. Easily head to the mountains for a day trip or into the city for a night out. The kitchen is fully stocked for those looking to stay in and cook. A 5 min drive to Sloan's Lake with access to plenty of restaurants and breweries, and walking distance to Bronco stadium. Do note, the two levels of the home are separated and I occupy the basement with my dog, Rusty. Completely separate entrances.

Empower Field (Mile High) is a 7 minute walk, Sloan's Lake is a 15 minute walk, and downtown Denver is a 5 to 10 minute Uber or Lyft. I live a quiet life in the upstairs of the house with my dog so will be around in the event you need anything!
