Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

On the program, walks in the forest, canoeing on the Ciron, cycle paths, cultural visits... 10 minutes from Sauternes, 15 minutes from Bazas, close to all amenities (3km). 2 mountain bikes (1 man and 1 woman) are available for guest use. This old 17th century presbytery has been entirely renovated. It is on the top of a little hill and has 500 m². This property is peaceful and surrounded by vineyards - only 20 km SE away from Bordeaux.
