Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Balıkesir

The host was friendly, the house was clean and in a nice place, we had a nice stay.

Clean, comfortable and tidy apartment 5 minutes walk from the sea. Everything you need is nearby - grocery stores, parking space, children's playground. Communication with the host was quick. The description of the location of the apartment was detailed. Thanks to Ekin and I would definitely stay at his apartment again :)

First of all, I would like to start by thanking Mr. Erdi for his good communication. We easily communicated during both check-in and checkout. The house was spotless and had all the kitchen utensils you could need. The house fully met our need for our family of 5. The only downside is that there is no elevator in the building and the water engine upstairs works very loudly. The terrace was quite pleasant. The house is located on a quiet street, although the building does not have a parking lot, we did not have any problems finding a parking spot. If your expectation is a calm stay, you can choose with peace of mind. Thank you to Mr. Erdi for his hospitality.

Very clean and spacious house had a bathroom and tualet in every bedroom and they were very clean and the towels were freshly washed and spotless. The hosts were overly polite and friendly and welcomed us very well and smiling. The location of the house is also very nice and very close to the island of Cunda in a very nice and calm place. When I informed him that I would be coming with my newborn child, they added a crib for us, which made us very happy.

The house is quite large, ideal for large groups. Our experience was very pleasant. There is limited space to park, but the parking is like this for all Ayvalik. We left our car in one of the large parking lots on the beach and usually continued on foot, no need to drive in Ayvalik anyway. The house was generally clean. There was a water tank in the house to eliminate the water shortage throughout Ayvalık, we were never dehydrated. Ms. Dilara's mother, Ms. Şerife's mother, made us feel very good. We stayed 4 nights as 5 girls. The location of the house was quite central, it was also quite pleasant to spend time in the garden. The house had everything that could be needed (iron, hair dryer, kitchen utensils )and sparkling. Ms. Yasemin greeted us, she was quite friendly and very helpful, she responded to our every need. We especially thank Ms. Yasemin for her interest and interest.

For those who want to stay in the Greek house, the house of Ms. Hande and her husband is great, both of them are interested and I would like to say that everything is thought out, perfect for those staying in the house, I can say that everything is thought out, perfect, and there was an incredible anbians for eating and enjoying the view on the terrace. The house is only close to the center, there is no slope in the hill and Ayvalık.☺☺ In the year, we prefer Ms. Hande again. Thank you for everything, thank you for everything. 🙏😇

This is our second time staying in this wonderful house. We had another extremely comfortable holiday thanks to its location close to the beach and shopping centers, the quiet peaceful environment and the presence of three independent bedrooms. Our host, Ms. Iffet, was as hospitable as ever. She was quick to respond to our questions and needs. I hope we will be guests next year as well. In addition, watering the garden in the evenings is a very pleasant and refreshing effort:))
