Monthly Rentals in Balian Beach

I chose this place as an arrival point to adapt to the time change and rest before traveling. I was coming here with some heart ache and nerves. I booked it for 5 days and honestly just want to live here. It is so far beyond beautiful. Komang is above and beyond communicative and responds usually within minutes of any message. We had an unusual wind storm here and lost electricity for a day and she brought a hot spot immediately, checked on me and had candles delivered before dark. Every woman who she hired for me from my morning cook Putu, to my driver Widya, to the sweet lady who sweeps the leaves and tend to the garden, all were so gentle, kind and inviting. The masseuse is lovely. It is incredibly private, and yet, if you are looking for full on solitude alone in a jungle, I will day the River house is right next door. Not visible but audible if you wanted to be loudly expressive. But I hardly heard or saw any guests. I moved next door to the house for a week. I highly recommend!

Wonderful villa and wonderful staff there to make sure you have a great stay. The villa was well furnished and maintained. The pool and yard are a great size. The restaurant at the bottom of the rose gives you 10% off for staying at the villa and food was great too! The staff also arranged a scooter hire for us and provide complimentary cleaning mid stay. There is drinking water provided also. They even set up a cot for our baby - he had the best time too! Balian is a beautiful and quiet place to visit in Bali. Would definitely recommend this villa and look forward to staying here again.

An incredible place with its own soul and atmosphere, Balian Beach and William's House were a true revelation for me in Bali. This hidden gem is nestled among lush tropical trees, a black sand beach, and a serene river. Unlike a typical Balinese villa, every detail of this house is thoughtfully designed and unique, creating a space that feels instantly like home: cozy, comfortable, and welcoming. Perfect for both short and long stays, the house offers an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. There’s even an oven, something rare in Bali. But the real luxury? A washing machine and dryer, an absolute treasure here. The western beaches are stunning. Though we’re not surfers, we fell in love with them, especially Mejan Beach, a long stretch of black sand where you can walk for miles, completely undisturbed. Lina and Agus were attentive and quick to solve any minor issues, while William and Barbara were wonderful hosts. More than recommended!
