Great hosts, very responsive and their place is good value for short stay vacation in Lipa. There are nice restaurants and cafes just outside the neighborhood. Traffic situation in the roads is hectic at times but cannot be avoided.

The staff were incredibly accommodating, making our experience even more special. Every member of our family was thoroughly satisfied, and we all had a wonderful time. A great place to stay with a wonderful and friendly neighbour. Parking wasn't a problem you can literally park anywhere.

The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.
