Beachfront vacation rentals in Balestrate

We had a wonderful stay at Rossella’s. She and her husband were extremely friendly and helpful. This is the perfect place to stay with 2 couples- it’s essentially 2 apartments. Great AC, privacy, and super close to the beach and restaurants!

Wir hatten einen wirklich sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft. Das Wasser ist wunderschön und es ist relativ einfach über den Weg direkt am Haus ins Meer zu gehen - Man sollte auf jeden Fall Schwimmschuhe mitnehmen, da es recht typisch relativ steinig werden kann. Das Haus selber ist sehr süß, wir hatten keine Probleme mit Wasser oder Strom. Man ist auf dem Grundstück relativ privat. Man teilt sich das Grundstück mit einem zweiten Haus, also hängt die Privatsphäre vom Nachbarn ab. Der Sonnenuntergang und der Blick von der Terrasse die Küste entlang ist wirklich atemberaubend! Caterina war stehts bemüht uns immer schnell zu Antworten und hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Ein Auto ist mehr oder weniger Voraussetzung um einen schönen Urlaub dort zu verbringen, da das Dorf daneben recht tot ist (oder bei uns zumindest war).

Alles ausgezeichnet! Emanuele kümmerte sich ganz toll um uns und warnte uns sogar vor dem heimtückischen Meer. Die Dachwohnung ist super und genau wie dargestellt. Einzig beim Pricing sollte besser alles eingepreist sein. Es war eine Überraschung für Bettwäsche/Frottee separat zu zahlen. Ich würde stets alles einpreisen und dafür mit Wochen-Rabatten arbeiten. So ist klar kurz = teurer (legitim). Das ausgebessert, kann es nicht besser sein.

The appartment was great, modern style furniture and clean. Nice view on the sea, waking up with sunrise. The only little tricky part was the steep street entrance. All in all, I can recommend this place!

Super location and comfy place perfect for a single person or a couple. Swift responses bei Gaetano and easy process. Can very much recommend the place if you want to explore Castellammare for a few days. Suggest that you bring earplugs if you are sensitive to noise at night, as with more or less all of the historic old town places, there can be some noise from water pumps and people on the road at night. I was pretty much okay without earplugs though.

Eine super schöne Unterkunft, genau wie beschrieben. Erika hat uns super freundlich empfangen und war jederzeit für uns erreichbar. Die Grundausstattung wie Wasser, Milch und Pasta war toll, man hat sich sofort wie zu Hause gefühlt. Super sauber, viel Platz und einfach ein Ort zum Abschalten. Kann ich nur jedem empfehlen, der in der Gegend von Palermo wohnen aber noch die Ruhe und die Nähe zum Meer genießen möchte. Danke Erika für deine tolle Gastfreundschaft.

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Der Aufenthalt war wirklich toll! Spätestens auf der Terrasse hat man richtiges Urlaubsfeeling. Es gibt alles was man braucht und ich wurde sehr freundlich empfangen. Ich würde auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

What a dream place! We had the most amazing vacation in the villa. We stayed at the home with 6 adults and 2 young children (1,5). The master bedroom is almost like a small apartment in its self. There is a room on the ground floor which was perfect for my parents in law who are less mobile. The place is spacious and beautiful. The garden is amazing with the private swimming pool and tennis court. We played tennis every day. The location is also very nice, walking distance from both the beach and the town. We would highly recommend to stay at this place! One of our best vacations ever!

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kindern 1,5 und 3,5) fühlten uns direkt wie zu Hause. Zaira hat wirklich an alles gedacht. Vom Kinderwagen, Babybett und Trinkwasser im Kühlschrank ist alles vorhanden. Als wir einen Stromausfall hatten, hat sie innerhalb von 1 Minute geantwortet und uns die Lösung gezeigt und wir hatten sofort wieder Licht. Das Haus, der Garten und der Pool waren sehr sauber und wir konnten sogar im beheiztem Wasser baden. Die Kinder hatten extrem Spass und wollten gar nicht mehr weg. Um die Gegend zu erkunden benötigt man ein Auto und ist in ca. 30min in Palermo und in 10min am Flughafen. Grazie di tutto Zaira e arrivederci!

Francesco and your wife are truly extraordinary. You can tell they just want to share this happiness with the house and the property, and it’s not just about making money. You feel very comfortable and welcome and have the feeling that you are part of the history of this place because they both talk about it so passionately. I wish I could speak Italian better so I could also talk with Francesco’s wife. I think we would have gotten along well :D The bungalow is really very cute. You have to be a bit careful since you sleep in one room. It’s all mentioned in the description, but I overlooked it at first. The location is perfect and Mondello is a dreamlike beautiful place. I’m looking forward to coming back.

Wir waren als Mädels Gruppe in der villa und haben uns sofort wie daheim gefühlt. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit.

Place was neat and tidy and everything we needed! Everything worked perfectly from aircon to stove to shower. Francesco was extremely helpful and super responsive whenever we needed anything and helped organising airport transfers as well as checkout an hour later to accommodate our flight time. All in all very happy with everything!

The apartment was sparkling clean, nicely decorated, and had a breathtaking view of the sea. It was the perfect home base for exploring the charm of Sicily. The host was incredibly welcoming and gave us the best local recommendations. We couldn't have asked for a better experience, and we are already dreaming of our next visit! Definitely recommended! (Slight disadvantage: you can hear noise from the street on the terrace).

Der Aufenthalt in Marias Wohnung war sehr angenehm. Alles in der Wohnung war sehr sauber. Maria hat die Wohnung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Schöne, große und praktische Küche, alles vorhanden, macht Spaß dort zu kochen. Super Aussicht von der Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist auch sehr schön gestaltet. Genau für diejenigen, die Ruhe und Erholung wollen und die Seele baumeln lassen wollen. Maria ist sehr sympathisch und ein Herzensmensch. Sie war sehr diskret, für Fragen jederzeit erreichbar und hat uns gute Tipps gegeben. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung zu 100% weiter und sind am überlegen, ob wir nächstes Jahr selbst wieder dahin fahren :-) Vielen Dank liebe Maria Ciao, a presto

Wir hatten einen unglaublich schönen Aufenthalt. Das lag unter anderem daran, dass Marco als Gastgeber uns proaktiv geholfen hat und als wir ein Problem mit der Toilette hatten, er sofort einen Klempner bestellt hat. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich fußläufig vom Strand entfernt, ist eingezäunt und besitzt eine sehr schöne Terrasse und Platz für zwei Autos. Die Ausstattung war wie angegeben. Die große Außenküche benutzen wir täglich. Beachten sollte man, dass es kein klassisches Wohnzimmer gibt, aber die Terrasse kann man dafür nutzen. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen wie auch die Insel. Wir können Marco und das Haus wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Staying at Enrico’s property was the best Air BnB experience I’ve had! He was so friendly, responsive and made so many useful and helpful recommendations. Enrico went above and beyond to make our stay most comfortable and easy. Aside from that, the property itself was the perfect location right on stunning Mondello beach with the most beautiful views. Tamara è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile con noi, pronta a rispondere subito ad ogni nostra richiesta. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo addirittura trovato come regalo di benvenuto dei dolcetti tipici e una bottiglia di vino. L'appartamento è pulito e molto curato, non manca nulla. Anche la posizione è ottima, è strategica per spostarsi con la macchina e visitare le zone vicine (riserva dello zingaro, Trapani, Palermo etc... ). È stato veramente un piacevole soggiorno che consigliamo a chiunque intenda visitare questa zona della Sicilia.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! Gisella et son fils sont tres sympathiques, toujours disponibles et accueillants. L’appartement est simple, propre, calme et très agréable à vivre. La terrasse est idéale, surtout pour prendre le petit déjeuner au soleil avec vue sur la mer si paisible. L’emplacement était parfait pour nous, central pour visiter les différents sites de la Sicile que nous avions prévu: nous avons pu faire une belle découverte chaque jour. Nous avions louer une voiture pour nous déplacer et ça a été un vrai point de départ idéal pour explorer l’île et ses beautés😍 certains coins sont paradisiaques. Nous étions heureux de revenir tard en soirée dans l’appartement de Gisella où la grand calme environnemental rendait les nuits ressourçantes. Merci beaucoup pour l’attention portée à notre égard à notre arrivée pour notre anniversaire. C’était très touchant. Nous sommes restés 10 jours du 23 Mai au 3 Juin et ce fût un voyage découverte merveilleux ☀️❤️

Eine bessere Unterkunft hätten wir uns für die 5 Nächte, die wir in Sizilien verbracht haben, nicht vorstellen können. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Meer, was einfach wunderschön ist und insbesondere die Strandbesuche mit zwei kleineren Kindern sehr unkompliziert und angenehm gestaltet hat. Das Appartment selbst ist sehr gut ausgestattet - es gab alles, was wir brauchten. Es war sehr sauber und hat alles so ausgesehen wie auf den Bildern. Danilo unterstützte uns in allen Belangen und war immer sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich, wenn wir was gebraucht haben. Ich würde auf jeden Fall noch einmal kommen. Vielen Dank für die gute Zeit!

Had a brilliant stay at Vincenzo's with our two small children. The place is beautiful and so is the location. Especially loved the roof terrace and being so close to the beach (and the parasol and kids beach toys too). Thanks so much Vincenzo!
