Wir haben eine Woche über Silvester im Haus von Jure verbracht und die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus von Jure liegt etwas abseits der Straße, aber so zentral, dass alle notwendigen Orte schnell und einfach zu erreichen waren. Das Grundstück ist komplett abgeschlossen, was für unseren Hund sehr angenehm war. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten und verfügt über alles was benötigt wird. Besonders angenehm war jetzt im Winter die Fußbodenheizung. Der Kontakt zu Jure war unkompliziert. Er war während unseres Aufenthalts selber im Urlaub, aber eine Freundin hat uns den Schlüssel übergeben und uns mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt. Trotzdem war Jure für uns immer erreichbar und hat uns mit Restauranttipps versorgt. Wir können uns gut vorstellen noch einmal Urlaub in Jures Haus zu verbringen.

This home is the perfect location for anyone looking to get away from the crowds and enjoy your own private slice of Croatian paradise on the Istrian peninsula while still being close to several wonderful attractions, like the old city of Rovinj and the hill town of Motovun. The home and surrounding yard have everything you need including several outdoor locations to sit and relax while soaking up the ambience. Enjoy your coffee or wine while listening to the birds and enjoying the view of the olive trees and lavender plants. The hosts couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really appreciated their hospitality, local recommendations, and personal touch. The best Airbnb experience we've had.

Was für eine unglaublich schöne Villa! Bei weitem der beste Airbnb-Aufenthalt aller Zeiten. Es ist einfach wie zu Hause zu sein, ein schönes Haus in der Tat! Spektakuläre und funktionale Küche, Glas überall für einen herrlichen Blick auf den Pool und über die nahe gelegenen Hügel, vier super komfortable Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, alle extrem sauber, alles einfach perfekt. Der beheizte Pool im späten Oktober ist ein Juwel. Am wichtigsten ist, Emma und Felix sind extrem freundlich, nett, flexibel und reagieren auf alle Kommunikation rechtzeitig. Mehr kann man sich nicht wünschen.

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! We had an absolutely wonderfull time at the magnificent house. We are definetly planning to come back as our entire family had a great time. The view from all rooms, as well as the great outdoors facilities made this stay at no time boring. Thank you once again for a great time.... and thank you Aurora for all help while we were there!

We would highly recommend staying at Matteo's place. It's a beautiful house that was so we'll equipped. The kitchen had all the utensils you could need and we cooked for 5 on a couple of nights with ease. Everything was spotlessly clean and there were some really nice touches, like slippers in the rooms and the welcome hamper was a real treat. All in all, a wonderful stay with a beautiful pool in a peaceful setting. Highly recommended!

Empfang war sehr nett mit einem Willkommensgeschenk. Die Kommunikation mit Miro (Ansprechpartner) war einfach und man bekam schnelle Rückmeldung. Auch bei Problemen sehr hilfsbereit. In Summe ein sehr gelungener Urlaub/Aufenthalt und definitiv zum Empfehlen!

Niedliche, kleine Wohnung fußläufig zum Amphitheater und der Innenstadt. Auf dem Balkon, über den Dächern, lässt sich der Abend entspannt genießen. Das Bad ist zwar klein, aber vollkommen ausreichend und verfügt über eine Waschmaschine. Caterina ist sehr freundlich und antwortet schnell mit hilfreichen Tipps. Günstigen Parkplatz gibt es direkt um die nächste Ecke.

Vi var tre kamerater som bodde i leiligheten til Masha. Vi hadde et helt fantastisk opphold her – dette er uten tvil en av de vakreste Airbnb-ene vi noensinne har bodd på! Leiligheten var nydelig, superren og hadde alt vi trengte, men høydepunktet var definitivt den uforglemmelige balkongen med utsikt som tok pusten fra oss. Parkering rett utenfor gjorde alt veldig praktisk, og beliggenheten var perfekt for å utforske Pula. Verten Masha var utrolig hyggelig og imøtekommende – varm, hjelpsom og oppriktig opptatt av at vi skulle trives. Vi følte oss veldig velkomne fra første øyeblikk. Tusen takk for et uforglemmelig opphold – vi kommer gjerne tilbake!

Everything was even better than the pictures, especially the garden. The apartment is rally sweet with original rustic details. The host, Klara is extremely nice and full of good advice of what to see and where to go. All in all, if we come to Istria again, we will try to stay here :)

Amazing place. Pristine and clean. Kitchen and bathroom were very well equipped. Location is great. 15min walk to the Mulini beach and old town Rovinj. Local Bakery and store were 2min away. I loved there was parking on site. We had an amazing time. Deana and Simun were so responsive, friendly and welcoming. Definitely would recommend this place. We will be back for sure.

Nocleg u Morii to był strzał w 10. Po pierwsze przepiękny widok z okien na zatokę i pobliską plaże po drugie świetna lokalizacja - z jednej strony dosłownie 50m do plaży a z drugiej 100m do centrum handlowego z supermarketem, miejscem na kawę oraz pyszna pizzeria po trzecie wciąż dość blisko do starówki - ok 3,5-4km. Mieszkanie bez luksusów ale bardzo czyste. Tuż pod domem możliwość darmowego parkowania wzdłuż ulicy - choć miejsca niedużo nam udawało się zawsze znaleźć wolne miejsce. Z plusów jeszcze mała rzecz, choć niestety rzadko spotykana, a szkoda, bo czasami zbawienna - w lodówce czekała na nas butelka zimnej wody! Sama zaś Moria bardzo życzliwa i otwarta, powitała nas i objaśniła najblizsza okolice. Moria dziękujemy jeszcze raz za niezapomniany nocleg. Do zobaczenia!

We had a great stay for two nights and three days. We took advantage of the bikes and rode all over. The building itself is not the greatest but the apartment is very nice. I read from another guest about the shower not having a holder; I figured a way to remedy it using a hanger. I would definitely recommend staying if you are looking for a nice place to relax and enjoy Rovinj!

Wij hadden alleen met Stjepan de man van Suzana te maken . Stjepan is een fantastische, warme, vriendelijke man , een top! host. Iedere dag kwamen we elkaar tegen als hij het zwembad aan het schoonmaken was. Altijd even een praatje, hij spreekt en verstaat goed Engels We raden deze accommodatie aan! Alles is aanwezig ! Jacuzzi , heel erg fijn met uitzicht over het stadje, je voelt je koning en koningin ! De bedden zijn goed , airco werkt prima en in de keuken was alles aanwezig Met vriendelijke groet Ron en Margaret Nog bedankt voor het lieve cadeautje toen we aankwamen Suzana !

We hadden een fijn verblijf , dicht bij een mooi kiezelstrand. Draco was bijzonder behulpzaam. Toen we problemen met de auto kregen heeft hij veel voor ons geregeld. Heel behulpzaam. Top gastheer.

Same riječi pohvale za domaćine! Simona i Daniel su nas ljubazno dočekali i ugostili. Apartman je uredan i prostran uz zajedničku terasu za ispijanje kave i druženje. Mirna lokacija, 10 min autom udaljena od Rovinja. Privatan parking; fini i bogati doručak u konobici. Hvala Vam na gostoprimstvu i sigurno se vidimo ponovno! :))

Das Apartment hat uns wirklich gut gefallen. Die Lage ist absolut perfekt. Das Haus ist nur von der Strandpromenade vom Meer getrennt und der Hafen und der Ortskern von Fazana sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Wir hatten einen fantastischen Aufenthalt! Filip war immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit, was unseren Aufenthalt sehr angenehm gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft war komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Besonders beeindruckend war die atemberaubende Aussicht vom Pool – ein echtes Highlight! Der ältere Herr, Filip’s Vater, war ebenso unglaublich freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und konnten unseren Aufenthalt in vollen Zügen genießen. Filip hat uns sogar am Abreisetag etwas länger im Apartment gelassen und uns alle Apartments gezeigt.Eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

Geweldig mooi appartement, volop privacy, zeer compleet ingericht. Erg genoten van de Jacuzzi en verder van alle gemakken voorzien bv vaatwasser, wasmachine, droger, airco enz enz enz. Ruim appartement/penthouse, parkeren in parkeergarage, snel reagerende host. Kortom, GEWELDIG!

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

Es war eine zauberhafte Zeit in dem kleinen Paradies! Eine total gemütliche und ruhige Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Sehr unkompliziertes Ein- und Auschecken und immer für eine Auskunft und Empfehlung offener Vermieter. Kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Wir waren vom 19. bis 25. Mai 2025 bei Sara in Pula (Valkane) zu Gast und hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt! Sara ist eine herzliche, offene Gastgeberin, die fließend Italienisch und Englisch spricht. Wir hatten das Apartment 1 eine sehr saubere, liebevoll eingerichtete Wohnung mit voll ausgestatteter Küche, zwei Klimaanlagen und einem kleinen Balkon. Alles war super gepflegt, die Toilette und das gesamte Apartment blitzsauber. Die Aussicht auf das Meer war traumhaft! Die Lage ist ruhig, mit schönem Garten und sogar frischen Früchten – gleichzeitig ist alles, was man braucht (Supermarkt, Strand, Altstadt), schnell erreichbar. Sara hat uns alles genau erklärt und war während des gesamten Aufenthalts sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Absolute Empfehlung!

Man bekommt super schnelle Rückmeldungen und sich bei Ankunft waren sie direkt erreichbar. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Fotos. Man findet alles vor was man benötigt. Ebenfalls kommt man super zu Fuß und in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto an den Strand sowie in die Stadt. Einen kostenlosen Parkplatz findet man auch immer.
