Our apartment is located in a quiet secluded location on the Krähenberg on the edge of the wilderness, right on the ski lift. With a key safe to the left of the garage, you can enter the apartment at any time without contact. When booking, you will receive the code for the safe. You can maintain privacy. Vacationing with us is for everyone who is looking for peace and seclusion. You have everything here for skiing, tobogganing, relaxing, hiking, getting some fresh air, marveling at the starry sky. Lake Constance and Bregenz are only 30 minutes away, winter sports fun in Mellau-Damüls (30 min.)Hochhäderich and Balderschwang (10 min.). Located directly on the cross-country ski trail, the sustainably built straw house invites you to an authentic experience.

About one kilometer before Balderschwang lies our Almhof. On the ground floor we have furnished the kitchen and living room as common rooms, while on the first floor of the old building there are three large and one small room with 2-6 beds. Bathrooms on the ground floor completely rebuilt in 2013. Since Christmas 2019, the attic with another 7-8 sleeping places + another 2 new bedrooms with 7 beds in the new building in the Tenne can also be booked. Parties are only allowed in a civil setting.

Old barn for outdoor people

For outdoor lovers! When you open your eyes in the morning in our hayloft, you'll find yourself surrounded by nature, yet lying in a cozy bed. Staying with us is like a vacation that combines camping and comfort, because you'll be sleeping in an old hayloft. To get to the bathroom, you'll first have to climb the stairs and walk through the barn. Running water is only available outside. Our Airbnb is for anyone who enjoys being outdoors, loves campfires, and simply wants some peace and quiet.

The house is located about 15 / 20 minutes by car from some of the areas finest ski resorts like Mellau / Damüls, about 35 / 40 minutes to Austrias best and largest ski destination, the Arlberg, which is connected via Schröcken / Warth by direct cable car connection.

The smart TV has the option of streaming (via your own account) and satellite reception. And the balcony with seating area has a great mountain view.
