Vacation rentals in Bald Sayt

Mohammed's house is neat and located perfectly just before the Balcony walk, the only reason I chose to stay there. The location is perfect and peaceful. Since we are vegetarian, we carried our own food, but there is an Omani family nextdoor who were offering home cooked meals. I plan to revisit next month with a friend visiting Muscat.

We loved staying here. It was truly a luxurious experience which was perfect for us on our relaxing stay in Nizwa. It is close by to the old city just an 8 minute drive (mainly taken up by needing to uturn as it’s on the other side of the highway). The pool and hot tub were fantastic and the rooms were wonderful. The place is extremely clean, smells amazing, is beautiful and looks better than the pictures! The bathrooms were also very comfortable and the amenities were great. Parking is also easy. At one point during the day one of the neighbors was doing construction and that night they also put unpleasant smelling fertilizer which made it more difficult for us to enjoy outside but the host assured us this is not typical and the smell was gone by the morning and we relaxed outside again. The host is also very responsive and forgiving and helped us a lot during our stay. If you are hesitating to book this place, do not hesitate. Book your stay with Azzan now and thank me later!

We loved this place, so spacious, modern and clean! Host was always very responsive & gave clear instructions. We were able to borrow an iron upon request which was brought to us within minutes. The heated pool was fantastic! I miss it already. Nice quiet area with total privacy. Best to have a car if you’re staying here. We would recommend this accommodation! :)

Naseer was an extremely helpful and accommodating host. He went above and beyond and made us feel very very welcome. He even checked in occasionally to make sure we were okay and had everything we needed. if you're looking for a quiet getaway in Oman then look no further! Strongly recommend!

I feel so blessed to have had this wonderful experience at this vacation home. The scenery was breathtaking, and you’ll even notice something about the air is different out here. It’s in a great location, but a 4x4 vehicle is a must—we learned the hard way when our SUV wasn’t approved to come up . It’s difficult to find taxis the walks weren’t bad at all, about 15 mins to restaurants and shops. This stay was the perfect escape from the busyness of Muscat. The home was immaculate, with beautiful outdoor seating areas to enjoy nature. I even spotted a shooting star!! The sky is so beautiful at night. Overall, it was an incredible experience and I’d return in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay at the Pool Villa. What a luxurious treat after a couple of days in the mountains.

Incroyable séjour dans cette grange rénovée avec goût. La piscine avec vue sur la palmeraie vaut le détour. Si vous êtes dans le coin, n'hésitez pas à y passer quelques jours. Mohamed est un hôte réactif et amical avec plein de propositions pour rendre votre séjour encore plus agréable. Merci à lui.
