Alice was a great, helpful responsive host. Her condo was cozy, spotless & had lots of little extras in the kitchenette. We loved our stay and would definitely go back.

We had a terrific time in Maine and by far, this was the best! The apartment was clean, beautiful, peaceful and cozy. It was close to fun shops and wonderful cafes and restaurants!! Not to mention, the close proximity to Perkins cove and Ogunquit town/beach! Tessa and John were wonderful hosts, very responsive and kind! Looking forward to visiting again!!!!

We lived in Cape Neddick for almost twelve years. Our sons’ changing family situations didn’t allow us to stay with them so we rented. The condo is a nice place to stay. It has everything we needed which wasn’t much. We were out of the condo from morning to evening. Nights were quiet. The short walk to Perkins Cove was delightful. A few things to know: the condo needs updating. The location of the microwave is on top of the refrigerator. The hide-a-bed is low. The mattress was very soft. The metal corners are dangerous for feet even though we did not hurt ourselves. We used two of the folding chairs. They were sandy when we checked to make sure they worked. The chair in the red carrying case was broken. We slept well and we don’t have any major complaints. Check it out.
