Modern Tranquil Highland Cabin

Christopher’s place was beautiful! It was so peaceful and they thought of everything! There was a welcome packet with tea and snacks. The place was very clean and well appointed. Christopher was very responsive. He met us at check in and showed us around! We will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Scotland! Thank you so much!

Church Hill House

LaurenRating, 5 stars1 week ago
This is my dream home! My family’s first trip to Scotland, and we traveled around to a few golfing resorts before finishing up our trip in the highlands. Cath had left us so many special treats!! And really thoughtful touches to make it unforgettable. Everything is gorgeous, the home, the area, the garden, decor (and those blackout curtains work wonders!). Even whisky tasting, a bottle of wine, a homemade apple cake!! We were so spoiled, she even curated children’s books to read while we were there. We were fortunate enough to get to spend a short bit of time with their family before we left, and my kids adored getting to play with hers for a few! Wish we had more time! I’ll say that I did not want to leave. Thank you again, for incredible memories made by allowing us the use of your special property.

Lovely place for a stop over on a cycling trip. Thank you. Beautiful house with the added bonus of seeing many different birds visiting the bird feeders as well as a red squirrel.
A close-up view of a sheep is captured, its soft white fleece visible through a gate's metal bars. The sheep's nose is prominent, showcasing its gentle features. The grassy surroundings hint at an outdoor setting, inviting a sense of rural tranquility.

Cottage for couples in Cairngorms

MargotRating, 5 stars3 months ago
This was the first of our two months stay with Anne. We were worried about the Highlands being too cold, but we were happily surprised after we arrived that the cottage turned out to be very cozy and warm. We very much enjoyed our stay in this cottage. There was everything that you would need, and it was overall the best Airbnb we've experienced. The view from the window was lovely, and the cottage was a lot bigger than what the pictures suggested. The hosts, Anne and Ian, were also very friendly, responsive, and professional. Because of our pleasant stay, we made an additional booking to come back this summer with our family. We look forward to seeing what it will be like in summer.

Little Birch Cabin (STL licence number Hl-70188-F)

JohnRating, 5 stars4 days ago
We had booked Chris's property as a base to bird-watch in the area, in the event, we had as much pleasure from the wildlife in the garden, 17 species of bird in addition, pine martens badgers and red squirrel. The pine marten would turn up before midnight and the badger appeared about a hour later. The cabin is ideally placed for RSPB Insh marshes, about 40 mins from RSPB loch Garten and 55 mins from the Moray firth. Also visited were Inshriach forest, (3 miles) and the Strathdearn valley/Findhorn Bridge. The cabin itself was very well equipped and comfortable, when we could tear ourself away from nature-watching, the lounge was very spacious with a smart TV. Beds were comfortable. We only used £30 of the £50 electricity included, mostly used on cooking and hot water. Plenty of wood for the log burner if required. An excellent trip for us, 72 different species of birds seen, but nature - wise the stars for us were the Pine martens badgers and the red squirrels. Hope to get back. 🤞
An aerial view showcases Ballintean Mountain Lodge nestled in a vibrant landscape. Surrounding autumn trees display shades of gold and green, while the vast valley and distant mountains create a serene backdrop. The lodge's layout highlights its connection to nature and the expansive outdoor area.

Glenfeshie: stunning Highland Mountain Lodge

CatrionaRating, 5 stars6 months ago
We had a lovely weekend here for our annual family Christmas get together. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for us all. The views from the house and the surrounds grounds are beautiful. The house was always nice and warm and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped and we had a very thoughtful welcome basket on arrival from Amanda. Amanda was a great host, very responsive and friendly but not at all intrusive. Amanda was very helpful with a last minute issue we had and was very kind to find a solution for us. Thank you, we’d love to come back next year!
