Listing as described. It is functional, well located and well-equipped. Quiet and secure residence when I was staying there (3 weeks). Florence is very responsive and helpful. Thanks also to Jessica who welcomed me for her kindness and explanations.

We had a great time in a nice, bright and very well arranged apartment. Well located accommodation in a very quiet neighborhood. A big thank you to Eric for all the exchanges we had with him before our stay, which facilitated the transmission of all the necessary information and details. Host always very responsive to our requests and/or questions. Address that we will keep in a safe place.

We had a lovely stay thank you, we'll be sure to come back next time we visit the Thau basin.

Very good welcome from Elodie who is a very friendly person and who was very responsive to our requests. Her accommodation is very functional and very well located in relation to the center of Balaruc les Bains. Closed and private parking is a real plus. The space was very clean. We felt comfortable right away and had a great time. We highly recommend this accommodation and we thank Elodie again for her availability and flexibility in terms of schedules 😉😊 And we will come back because now this apartment is our preferred address in Balaruc, Parole d 'Ardéchois

Dominique was a very friendly and helpful host. She responded to messages and questions quickly. The appartment was very clean and pleasant. As we arrived on a Sunday, we appreciated the extra items she left for our convenience. Butter and fruit juices in the fridge, shower gel, sachets of tea and coffee, jams, and even beach towels. Bouzigues is a peaceful resort with a nice beach and swimming area and plenty of seafood restaurants. Good destinations nearby, including the town of Sete with its canals and 18th century houses. I spent 3 wonderful weeks with Fabienne and her husband who are charming and caring. The apartment is on the heights of Balaruc, quiet. What a pleasure it was for me to go down every morning to the spa on foot (15/20 min) along the pond and to go back up after the treatment with the bus that drops us off practically next to the accommodation. From the accommodation, everything can be done with or without a car: the mall, visiting Sète etc. The apartment is very good, very functional, a nice terrace overlooking the pond. In summary, I am fully satisfied and will undoubtedly return to Fabienne's for a future treatment in Balaruc. Marie-Christine

Noraelise has always been responsive to questions asked, her apartment is very cute, tastefully decorated and the small terrace is very nice for breakfast. Quiet residence and nice pool for cooling off! Too bad we couldn't meet.

Very nice studio, functional, very clean. Its location is perfect with the possibility of doing everything on foot. Close to park, shops, greenway. The location of the parking space is a plus. Very quiet neighborhood and neighbors.

Christel is a really charming host who gives valuable information about places to see. The proposed studio, with a terrace is really nice, good location and very quiet. We had a lovely stay and we'll remember the address.

The apartment is done with a lot, a lot of taste, I love it! It was very nice! There is a real search for harmony of colors, materials. Very clean with a large living room, a huge well-equipped kitchen, a small bedroom, and two huge terraces, we were really quiet. We preferred to park simply in the street, there was space right in front, the village is very quiet. thank you also to Marion for her responsiveness by SMS! if I really had to find an area for improvement (but it's really nitpicking!) it would be a small lamp to be able to read in the evening without disturbing the spouse, (because the bulbs towards the bed always light up together and from the entrance of the bedroom) or more simply plan to bring your e-reader if you like to read a little in the evening in your bed!

Great, clean and very cute accommodation! The apartment has all the necessary equipment for a great stay!! Perfect location with a beautiful view and close to the city center but still quiet! Blandine's check-in instructions were super clear! We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice apartment near the port of Mèze, walking distance to restaurants, shuttle to Sète and beach of the Etang de Thau. Clean and well-equipped apartment with magnificent views of the pond. Easy location for visiting the surroundings such as Montpellier, Nîmes, St-Guilhem-le-désert, the Pont du Gard, etc. Pascale from the agency kindly welcomed us and provided us with plenty of information about the region and things to visit.

We took this accommodation to meet up with my husband, it was a real relaxing bubble! To be repeated!
