This charming, air-conditioned, single-story house with a refined decor is composed of a living room with fully equipped open kitchen, three bedrooms (two double bedrooms and one bedroom with 4 single beds), a bathroom with walk-in shower and a toilet. The house is located 5 minutes from the Étang de Thau (Meze, Bouzigues oyster parks, Balaruc Thermal Baths) 15 minutes by car from Sète and 20 minutes from Montpellier. It is located 10 minutes from the beaches of Meze, Frontignan, Balaruc and Sète.

This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Located in the village, a 3-minute walk from shops (bakery, pharmacy, tobacco/newsstand, grocery, etc.). You are a 5-minute drive from Mèze or Bouzigues and their beaches on the Etang de Thau. 15 minutes from the Balaruc-les-Bains thermal baths. Less than 30 minutes from the sea (Marseillan-Plage, Agde, Sète, etc.) and Montpellier. A cycle path allows you to go around the entire Étang de Thau from the cottage!

Beautiful scenery and summer activities await you!

Its proximity to the city of Sète, the hometown of our beloved Georges Brassen and its famous Théâtre de la Mer, offers a nice typical trip to the shores of the Mediterranean. In the heart of the village of Bouzigues and all its shops and restaurants (bakery, grocery store, tobacco press, hairdresser) but only 200 meters from the beach, we offer an outbuilding like a small house in the heart of our very wooded garden. You will also have access to our swimming pool (shared use with us only) Entry is through a vineyard and the garden is not suspected at first glance. This is where the studio is located.
