This was such a lovely location for a girls weekend. The home was beautiful, and thoughtfully curated for comfort and fun. We had a great time rocking on the porch, building a fire, and using the archery and axe throwing equipment. Luna was so quick and helpful with her responses. We would LOVE to come and stay again another time. Thank you for your hospitality!

We adored the Heathrow Hideaway! We decided to make a first family road trip to the quiet riverside and really enjoyed all the home had to offer and the quiet serene of the nature surrounding us. There is a gun range nearby, but this did not impede on us enjoying the nature around us. The home was well equipped with the essentials to cook with and even had a pack and play for our daughter’s use! Edward was very accommodating and checked in with us by the Air BnB app to make sure everything was going well for us. He was very communicative and really made us feel welcomed in his home. We would very much recommend this location to families looking to enjoy the beauty of WV.

We had an amazing stay, it's a very well equipped cabin, in an amazing, beautiful and very quiet place, exactly the kind of retreat we were looking for. Great mountais view. The nearby town is also very quiet and receptive, where it's easy to buy food and supplies. Su and her husband are amazing people and always willing to help. I can't wait to go back.

Absolutely beautiful cabin! A really well stocked kitchen that’s a pleasure to cook in. The cabin was warm, peaceful, and the views are STUNNING. The surrounding area is gorg. The area felt really queer friendly- the local country store and The Guesthouse were both very welcoming. Great location as a home base to explore the area. Will miss it- truly felt like home for two weeks.
