The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

Newly built, 4star high-end equipped interior with a sea view. The apartment is located on in a city square of the old town.Historical sights are all located in the vicinity. A shop is located next door. Bars and restaurants are situated on the coast line. Bakar is only a short drive away from lovely beaches on the south side, and Kostrena, Rijeka, Opatija and Istria on the west side. A two hours drive will also take you to beautiful National park of Plitvička jezera( lakes) and Venice, Italy.

This modern apartment is located in Rijeka, near to the Tower Shopping Center, 200 meters from the first beach, 5 minutes drive to the beach in Kostrena, 15 minutes walk to the City center and 2 km to the Trsat Castle. You will need to do few stairs more to Apartment m, it is at the 4th floor, but I promise it is worth because of the view :) Inside you will have electric tent, air-conditioning, satellite television, free WI-FI, alarm. Safe and public (free) parking is in front of the building.

PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

The apartment is situated close Opatija city center, only a few minutes away by car or an eight minutes walk. It consists of a living room, bedroom, a dining room, two bathrooms, kitchen, sauna, open space lounge, terrace, a surrounding garden and a car parking. Thanks to the fact of being in the ground floor with a surrounding garden you have the sensation of renting a house and not an apartment.

Ideal for young people who do not want to spend a lot of money for accomodation and are not too demanding. Due to thick stone walls, the studio is always fresh. You will enjoy the view from the garden situated next to the house, 20 meters from the studio. Door windows, not classical windows, might be an issue for some people, if so, book another property of mine.

Small Loft in an old Mediterranean house

Newly refurbished tiny loft in a 150 year old stone Mediterranean house,it is my own apartment that i rent during the summer because i am not at home, it is in the municipality of Kostrena (10 km to Rijeka, 20km to Island Krk,30km to Opatija) 3 km to the nearest beach. Nothing fancy but cozy and with a soul. Near an industrial area but very quiet and secluded.
