This apartment was absolutely perfect. GREAT location just steps from Central Market and very convenient for exploring the old town. The guest manual and recommendations that Sergio provided were super helpful. Lucia helped me get settled and was super responsive when I had questions. Absolutely amazing stay - 10/10 would recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in Valencia. The location was perfect, a little away from the heavily touristed city center, but still plenty to do and easy to get to the old city center. Our hosts were always available and helpful. The space is “cozy” but the outdoor terrace is a real bonus, perfect for morning coffee or happy hour. If you come here by car, I would suggest pre-paying for your parking through the Parkimeter website in the underground lot the hosts suggest. Free on street parking may be available, but in our experience availability is limited. You pretty much have to get a spot immediately when someone vacates it. Also, for you older folks (I’m 75 and reasonably mobile), there is one elevator in the building that takes you to the 6th floor and you have to walk up to the 7th(as the listing clearly explains). One night we got home from dinner and the elevator was out of order. It happens, but that was a long walk up for these old legs. We recommend Sandin’s place.
