The Cabañal is a historic neighborhood with many protected houses being old between the sea and the city center. Near the house you can find all kinds of services, supermarket Day 7 minutes walk or Mercadona at 10. Pharmacy 24h and lots of restaurants and bars, but above all a great beach.

There are 4 bedrooms, two on the first floor and two on the second floor. Each with its own full bathroom. In total 7 beds, one bedroom with a double bed and three bedrooms with two single beds each. 4 full bathrooms with shower and a toilet on the ground floor. Located on a pedestrian street.

Modern independent style house with 200 sqm divided into two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with TV and sofa, fully equipped kitchen, a service bathroom and a patio of 30sqm. The house is fully equipped, has towels, soap, washing machine, dryer and cleaning service every 7 days of stay.
