Agree with all the previous 5* reviews. Ignacio was helpful, flexible about check in and out and the apartment is well equipped and spotless. What adds to its appeal is the location, right by the beach, old town and a wide variety of restaurants. But top of the list is the amazing large and well furnished terrace with stunning views. We have no hesitation in recommending el Ático to anyone wanting to stay in beautiful Estepona

We were over in Estepona for a wedding ad stayed here and we absolutely loved it, easy to access, superb location on the beach front and close to lots of restaurants and bars. The place was pristine and we would highly recommend!!

If you want to stay in a good rent in Malaga we suggest you to book this apartment! 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms with a huge living room and a spacious kitchen, Kelly’s apartment had answers all our requirements. If you have a car, you can even go to Marbella and it’s only 25 minutes of driving. We spent an amazing stay in Kelly’s apartment and we would like to thank her for her kindness and her hospitality!! Great apartment!!

This apartment was immaculately clean and tidy with every amenity you require. The location was excellent and very central for the beach, supermarkets and restaurants. The Hosts were excellent and replied very promptly to all messages. The apartment was exactly as described and photographed. I would highly recommend this apartment to friends and family.

This was a very clean and tidy house in a good urbanisation. Francesco was very responsive. The pool was great and the best was the beach so close and clean. Overall a great place. Thanks

Brand new and clean apartment with great styling and everything needed. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. There is a big smart TV with YouTube (which was great for our kids). Fast wireless internet (we used up to four smart devices simultaneously with no issues). The master bedroom has its own bathroom. The beds and furniture are comfortable overall. There’s a great terrace with furniture and illumination. The bathrooms are clean. The urbanization is quiet and in a good location, convenient for commuting and traveling around. The pool is clean with a pleasant water temperature. There’s a dedicated garage spot, which is quite spacious, and plenty of free parking spaces outside. The hosts are friendly and helpful. We will definitely consider this apartment if we visit this area next time.

Having had a different place booked for 18 months which fell through (from the owners end) at the last minute, we were very quickly matched up with this apartment. Peter and Georgi were very communicative throughout. The apartment was lovely, well furnished and clean with lots of storage space, and access to the beach superb. I was staying with three friends for the Solheim Cup golf, so our early starts and late finishes meant that we made much more use of the apartments cooking facilities than I normally would on a holiday. You would need a car or a taxi to shop from the larger supermarkets nearby (there is a mini supermarket very close but it does not stock a lot in the way of fresh fruit and veg and is quite pricy) You would also need a car or taxi to get to restaurants. We had a car but chose to taxi to Estepona one day and it was less than 12 Euros each way (even though the taxi firm estimated it would be 20 - 25). You will find this apartment is exactly like the photos.

We've had a very nice stay here. Nice and spacious apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Large terrace with a lovely view. Pool area was just great.

The stay here was a wonder!!!!! A beautiful home in a quiet community with all amenities. The pool facing the sea, 10. The garden, wonderful. Comfortable beds, clean amenities, and super modern kitchen. We have been luxurious, especially thanks to Joanne's extreme kindness!!! 100% recommended :)

Huge accommodation in a quiet enclave surrounded by mountains with a beautiful pool, the beach is a 5-minute drive away. Jose Antonio is very friendly and available at all times. He offered us to enter and leave outside the established hours without problems and that is appreciated although in the end we did not need it. Highly recommended

My boyfriend and I had the most wonderful stay and Nicholas’ apartment in the heart of the Golden Mile Marbella. This quaint apparent nestled amongst beautiful gardens is clean, comfortable and has all the amenities required. The complex itself has a lot of traditional charm amongst with its beautiful facade that gives a welcomed contrast to the flash of the Golden Mile. Nicholas is a real people’s person and spent time chatting to us about the history of the area as well as going above and beyond to accommodate us. He also has some amazing recommendations for local places ! We absolutely loved our stay here and we will definitely be back to this little gem.

The apartment is in an excellent location. 15 minutes walk from the airport. Lots bars, restaurants and a supermarket within 5 minutes. The roof top is a real sun trap.

super cool apartment that fully lives up to the photos. Pedro was very sweet and helpful upon arrival, and we can't put our finger on anything. personally, I like that there is some shampoo, washing detergents for washing machine and the like available so you don't have to go out and buy it just to be somewhere for 4 days. but all in all a great apartment with great views 🙂
