House vacation rentals in Baguio

It is my family's second time to stay at Ecohouse but now with my parents and my siblings. The first one was 2 and a half years ago, yet coming back there gave me that exact same cozy, comfortable & peaceful vibe - the exact reason why we always wanna stay here every time we have a trip to Baguio. Everything was perfect, each part of the house was clean, warm & homey - from the living room, kitchen, dining and the bedrooms. Ruth, the host, as always, is very accommodating, helpful and responsive to our needs, and we love the delicious compliments that greeted us when we arrived. My parents certainly loved their "chill" weekend and almost didn't wanna leave the house. My favorite experience at Ecohouse would be our nightly family bonding at the living room couch and tv, and my night cap with my sisters at the outdoor veranda, it's priceless! Staying at Ecohouse is nostalgic, the feeling that takes me back to my childhood and experiencing Baguio like it was the first time! ❤️🌲

We had a really great stay - our group called this a “great find!” and very good for its price. Place is quite spacious with high ceiling. The bedrooms are spacious enough too, and we appreciate the clean linens and beddings, house slippers (for living room and bedroom) as well as provision of bath towels. Joy is a very responsive and accommodating host, she allowed us flexible check-in and check-out times given our travel circumstance. Kuya Joven is friendly too.

Had encounter issue on water when we arrived but was immediately solve. The place is hilly and needs an expert driver. And overall, the place is good

You can say that the place is really clean just from the smell itself, even in the bathroom. It's convenient as well, the kitchenware is complete from the cookware to the utensils. There's also toilettries and towels provided, as well as drinking water and clean refrigerator with big freezer. There's a convenient store, small sari-sari store and bakery in the area - but they are close every Sunday. Parking is also provided, but it's kind of hard to maneuver - which was reminded ahead of time. It is also better if they had at least a toilet upstairs so there's no need to go down in the middle of the night to use the toilet. The owner is considerate as well because she waived the extra payment for the child. Overall, we are satisfied on our 3D2N stay. The rate is really worth it. The house is very spacious, it is recommendable to big set of friends or family. We will surely come back again soon.

My family loved Janet’s place! I wish we could have stayed longer. Ate Abby was very helpful and accommodating. She went out of her way to make our stay very comfortable and feel at home. Thank you Ate Abby! You’re the best! 🥰🥰🥰

Very clean & accessible to the city proper

Wesley’s place was more than what we expected. The house itself is very beautiful. The space is big enough to accommodate families and groups. We were a family of 5 and 3 small dogs and we still had so much space to move around. The bedrooms were tidy , sheets smell good, bathroom was clean and the kitchen is equipped with appliances that will make your stay really comfortable. Big shout out also to Ate Jocelyn for being so responsive. She also gave us tips on the best route to take to avoid traffic since it was the final week of Panagbenga. Overall, Wesley’s place gets a 5 star from me and my family.

The place was amazing. We loved the location and how clean it was upon arrival. It was peaceful and even better in person! The host was kind and responsive to all our needs. Definitely recommend this place if you are planning a trip to Baguio!

What i like Whole house is clean Complete amenities to cook and eat Wifi is decent Caretaker was very helpful Enough parking space for 3 big cars Minor caveats If you are driving a small car or sedan might be hard to traverse the last 200-300m as it is unpaved. owner has stated this in the description.

Host was very easy to communicate with. The house is super spacious for a group of 12 people. This place is strongly recommended :)

Tanya’s Place in Itogon was exactly what we needed for a relaxing escape! Surrounded by pine trees and beautiful mountain views, the location was serene and perfect for unwinding. The fresh air, peaceful ambiance, and cozy setup made our stay so enjoyable. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a rustic charm that felt warm and homey. Waking up to birdsong and a cool breeze was such a treat. Our little one especially loved the space, he slept so soundly and had so much fun exploring! The kitchen and dining area were well-equipped, and we enjoyed cooking and sharing hearty breakfasts with a beautiful view. Everything we needed was provided, and Tanya was very accommodating and responsive throughout our stay. It’s a great place for families, couples, or groups of friends looking to reconnect with nature and spend quality time together. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back again soon!

Love this home! It’s so cozy and nostalgic. We came with a few kids and they wished we stayed for longer. The house was cleaned very well - a few of us are sensitive to dust, but no sneezing here at all. The house is well cared for for its age. We thoroughly enjoyed the garden and sitting out with a bonfire in the evenings. Would love to stay again

This has always been our top go-to place whenever we visit Baguio. The location is perfect, the surroundings are peaceful, everything is clean, and the staff are genuinely warm and accommodating. Sir Ed and Ma’am Cindy were great hosts. Their place has everything you need. Definitely a great place for a family/group to stay at if they are in Baguio.

The place is very clean n arrange well. They have wifi and tv also kitchen stuff. Only thing they don’t provide the towels.. additional payment for the towels if you requested it. We accidentally broke one of the plate due to big space between the plate holder,, I just pay it because we’re the one who’s responsible for it. Over all our stay is very good.. I will recommend them to my family and friends.

The property is exactly as described and looks even better than the photos. Checking in was a breeze as Ms. Jen was already at the property waiting for us even before we arrived, walked us through the property, and explained the house rules. The owner, Ms. Malou has been very responsive and friendly, it felt like we were staying in a friend’s house and everything we needed were immediately taken cared of. A short walk to the beach and the property has a private entrance and a guard at the gate 24/7. Would 100% recommend.

Really nice place—clean, comfy, and in a great spot. Just a quick drive to Puregold and Market (3mins) and to the beach (5mins away) Rish (Host) and Ate Mich (caretaker) were easy to talk to and super helpful when we had to make a change. Would definitely stay again. ♡

Ms. Charo's place is highly recommended for big groups that intend to have a relaxing and fuss-free stay in LU away from the bustling center. The rooms were clean, everything was organized, utensils were complete, and the host/caretakers offered a seamless communication experience. They were very hands-on, ensuring guests had the best stay possible, even going above and beyond during power outages. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I will definitely visit again.

Proactive communication and most you see how much value they've put to the place and service provided. would highly recomment the place and will definitely come back. families would enjoy their time there since it is peaceful as compared to the hostel community nearby. The market is also walkable and cooking food is easy with a complete kitchen

My friends and family had a great time. For the entire 3 days we've stayed, we just can't stop admiring the place and how good it was maintained. We got everything we needed, access to the amenies was smooth, staff was very friendly. It really had a warm and welcoming vibe. We will definitely go back. We absolutely loved our stay at GGP Homestay! It’s the perfect place for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing getaway. The place is really well thought out— every space was fully utilized, and the overall layout was both amazing and inspiring. It had complete amenities, quality furniture, and a fantastic view that we enjoyed throughout our stay. The location is serene, ideal if you’re planning to bond with family over a staycation. The whole subdivision is super quiet, and even the neighbors were very understanding. Grab delivery is accessible. The owner was also very responsive. GGP Homestay is about 22 to 33 minutes away from the city center, depending on traffic. Getting to the house is challenging because of the steep and narrow road — the host did inform us about this ahead of time, but we admittedly underestimated it. Also, if you plan to explore tourist spots, you might just end up wanting to stay in and enjoy the house instead. Highly recommended for family and friends!

We definitely had a great stay! The place was clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and located in a quiet neighborhood. Communication with the hosts including their caretaker was smooth as well. The only downside was a scheduled electrical and water interruption in the area, but overall, it was a wonderful experience. Will be back!! 🤙🏼

The place is so beautiful & relaxing. Highly recommended if you want to stay away from the hustle & bustle & crowded beach front area. Well-maintained & having a private jacuzzi and heated pool is a rare find. Very responsive host and helpful staff. We definitely wanted to go back and try the other Asalea properties.
