Booked this place for our guests attending a seminar here in Baguio. Booking: quick and easy, host was responsive. Was able to book the day before our guests will arrive. Place was ready for early check-in even though our guests had a late check-in. Check-in/Check-out: keypad lock made this process very convenient. Our guests had a comfortable and relaxing stay despite their busy schedule. Will definitely book again.

The owner was very accommodating with our requests and made sure our stay was very comfortable. First time to stay in Pozorrubio and this airbnb just made sure that we will need to be back again soon. This is one of our faves now!

The place is definitely safe and private with an outdoor pool. The caretaker Benedict was indeed helpful. Clean sheets and towels (super thankful) with a very comfortable bed and pillows. Provided a hot and cold shower. The house is indeed recommendable for big groups. Provided with refrigerator, hot and cold drinking water, cooking utensils etc. Caterer knows the place well for our food deliveries. Recommendable caterers are Amano's Lechon (superb and delicious lechon belly), Kamarin Bay Grill and Restaurant and Biryani Station. The host is very responsive. and we Thank you for that. This place was absolutely perfect! It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The location was great, It’s just a 2-minute walk to the beach! The hosts were so thoughtful and made us feel right at home and the housekeepers were friendly. We especially loved the game area and the swimming pool—it was such a treat for both fun and relaxation. The pool was pristine, and the game area kept everyone entertained for hours. What made our stay even more special was the catering service they offer! You can order delicious food and have it delivered right to the villa. It’s so convenient, making this place perfect for hosting birthdays, family gatherings, or other special events without any hassle. This property exceeded our expectations in every way. It’s ideal for families, couples, or anyone looking for a mix of comfort, convenience, and fun. We had such an amazing time at this villa! The place was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. One of the highlights for us was the pool—it was the perfect spot to cool off and relax during the day. We also really enjoyed the videoke setup; it was such a hit, especially since almost everyone in our group loves to sing. It added so much fun to our evenings! The villa had everything we needed, and the host was super accommodating and easy to communicate with. We’re already talking about coming back for another stay!

Great place to chill and unwind. Nothing fancy, but the place has everything you'll need for a quick getaway. The caretaker was very friendly and was and assisted us with gathering our stuff during check out. My only gripe about the place is the water. Not the hosts fault but I think it's the water supply itself, probably from a deep well which causes the "salty/rusty smell and color. This probably is what causes the fixings on the bathroom to rust and since it is near the beach will also cause other parts of the house to rust faster. I'd just suggest maybe have a water filtration system for the homes water supply. Everything else is good, we enjoyed our stay and will consider this place again for future trips.

Ace was very friendly N accommodating. He even welcomed us even we arrived very late as we had ti meet relatives. He responded to all my queries. Ace communicated what to expect when we arrive. The place was what we expected as per the photos on the app. Thank you Ace for the fresh fruits (pomelo, banana and mangoes) that we took home. It was a great stay and my family enjoyed our time in your place.

The location was great, the place was clean, the cr was clean. wish there were only free toiletries and skippers inside hehe and there was a kitchen downstairs to be perfect but overall she was okay. 💕

The place was very cozy. We had a fun night, the kids enjoyed the pool. The host was very friendly and suggesting you what you can do beside the beach on your trip. The jacuzzi is very nice and room was so cold, it can relax you. The place was beach front and near urbiztoondo where you can try some restaurants and bars. We will definitely going back again on this place. I also recommend to try the host's place for you to relax and enjoy the beach . Host mam you're the best. Kudos to you.

House is old but clean. Complete of kitchen utensils. Place is good for family or big groups. Spacious and with big bedrooms with T&B. Good for bonding with friends and family. Location is accessible and near the mansion and mines view park. Caretaker is also friendly and approachable. Always happy to assist and very accomodating. Place would be perfect if there's any karaoke, board games or billiards. A bit uncomfortable for elderly as you need to climb up the stairs to enter the villa. The bedrooms are also located in 2nd and 3rd floor. My family loved the place ❤️
