We stayed in this 2BHK with my husband and two kids for 4 nights. It was a last-minute booking, close to midnight, but Mukesh was incredibly welcoming & accommodating. The kitchen is well-equipped with all the essentials, though you'll need to bring your own groceries, including basic spices and condiments. Which can be bought from Bhat-Bhateni Supermarket nearby The house is conveniently located at the entrance of the street, making it easy to walk to some great restaurants nearby. Since it's on the 5th floor, you get a spacious balcony, which is also safe for kids. Parking is available on the street, as the other parking spot restricts access to your vehicle after 8 pm. However, with security on duty, I felt the street parking was secure. This property is very well maintained, and the host is one of the few true professional host in Kathmandu. The interior looks exactly as it does in the photos. Although it is surrounded by other houses, which might not suit those seeking complete privacy, it's definitely worth considering for its excellent upkeep and professional hosting. Recommend for stress free short term or long term stay.

Really enjoyed my stay at this homestay. The space was just as nice as in the pictures — they don’t lie! The location was great too, very convenient and with a nice vibe. There were construction workers around during my stay, so it wasn’t as quiet as I imagine it normally would be. I didn’t mind the liveliness — it even added a bit of energy to the place — but if you’re coming specifically for peace and quiet, this might not be the best moment to book. For me, though, it was the perfect space in the perfect spot.

Rahul has set the bar for hosts to come. I have not met yet someone who was more attentive and truly put the effort to make our stay quite memorable. you will be lucky to get the chance to meet Rahul and stay at one of his accomodations. the location for this stay was away from the heavy touristic areas yet in few minutes by taxi you can get to anywhere you need. we were walking distance from one of the attractions " monkey temple" which was such an experience to visit in the day and sunset. we were given maps to show where stores and needed amenities were in close range. Rahul made sure needed items were provided and kept the accomodation tidy at intervals and times so does not disrupt our visit. Rahul went extra mile to ensure our stay was memorable and due to his efforts they were. was a pleasure to meet him and stay at his accomodation.

Staying at Sweet Dream Apartment and meeting Raj was a wonderful time. He was so helpful, had great recommendations, and I really wish we could’ve stayed even longer. I would highly recommend staying here and working with Raj for an unforgettable stay in Kathmandu.

Mila’s penthouse was top notch and exceeded every expectation. The penthouse is adjacent to a rooftop bar with great food and great views. Couldn’t recommend a better stay

So happy we decided to stay here with all the choices available! This family is absolutely wonderful, all of them and Madhu is an angel. Very peaceful area away from the craziness that is Thamel. But you can easily get a car there for walk if you want, which we did a few times. My toddler and I spent a month there and we had such a wonderful stay. We feel like we have a family in Kathmandu that we want to come visit. Loved the spaciousness of the space and the view from the roof is beautiful. The WiFi was soooo good honestly probably the best we had in all the places we traveled in Asia. It’s super duper clean and you can tell they keep it that way always. We just had such a great month and are so appreciative of this beautiful family and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you so much!!

I felt so good being at this place, it looked like the photos and it was so clean

This is my 3rd or 4th time staying at Pancha Buddha. As a solo traveller I was looking for a safe, clean and comfortable space to work and live for a month and this 2BHK was just brilliant. Babin is an extremely wonderful host, friendly and responsive to any request. He really looks after his guests. I absolutely loved the space, it was clean and beautiful and had everything I needed. It was easy to access food and necessities with lots of shops close by. The ladies gym Strong and Lean on the premises is also excellent, and I enjoyed the food at the Hibachi Place also on the same building. This is my favourite Airbnb in Kathmandu and I hope to be back again soon!
