Meine Wohnung liegt in der oberen Altstadt der Renaissancestadt Neuburg an der Donau und somit in der besten Wohnlage der Stadt. Die Obere Altstadt ist wie ein wunderschönes auf einer Anhöhe liegendes Renaissancedorf oberhalb der unteren Altstadt. Die Wohnung befindet sich im kernsanierten Bortenmacherhaus (17. Jahrhundert) mit originalem Gebälk, Holzboden mit Fußbodenheizung, einem tollen Bad mit Dusche, Wanne und Glasdecke, einer Galerie, einem kleinen Balkon und historischen Warenautomaten.

Wohnung befindet sich im zweiten Obergeschoss, in einem denkmalgeschützten Stadthaus . Wohnung ist im Retrodesign eingerichtet mit vielen denkmalgeschützten Fenstern, Decken, Türen, Wänden... In der Nähe Frei- und Hallenbad, Parkanlage (Grüngürtel, der um die Altstadt geht) und natürlich die Altstadt mit Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Cafes, Bars, Museen (Medizin- und Museum für Konkrete Kunst). Audi AG Werk nicht weit. Der Gast wird begrüßt und eigeführt, Hilfe jeder Zeit möglich aus Nachbarräumen.
