Vacation rentals with a sauna in Bağcılar

Konaklamadan çok memnun kaldım her şey anlatıldığı gibiydi kendi evimde gibi hissettiğim nadir yerlerden birisi oldu benim için ayrıca manzarayı ve evi de çok beğendim konum olarakta harika bir lokasyondaydı

Es war eine Schöne Aufenthalt, wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Sehr schöne Aussicht. Istanbul Mall nur 3 Stationen entfernt, Outlet zu Fuß erreichbar, Lema Klinik in der Nähe.

Overall the stay was pretty good. Spacious and felt very homey. There are several restaurants and even grocery stores at the base of the apartment which is very convenient as well as the metro not being too far either. The only frustration I had was with the card keys to enter the condo which would work inconsistently. But the security at the entrance gates always helpful.

Mr. Laith was very helpful, easy to reach and quick to respond. The apartment is nice, the building is safe and has a coffee place. Overall great experience:)

Daire konum olarak uygun bir yerde, Otopark büyük rahatlık. Uyumaya engel bir gürültü yok. Mutfak gereçleri var fakat, ufak tefek giderilebilecek eksikler var. Orda kaldığım süre İstanbuldaki 6,2 şiddetindeki depreme denk geldi. Ev sahibinin bu süreçte yazıp ilgilenmesi ayrı bir nezaket. Tekrar kalabileceği bir daire, teşekkür ediyorum.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

The place is as described, clean. Internet is just fine to scroll and watch movies, so if you work remotely, you might need to visit cafes, which are in 200m range. Perfect communication from host. Place is 1km from Taksim, but you have to go thru a mountain.

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated—exactly as shown in the listing. The location was perfect, close to key attractions, public transport, and some great local restaurants. What really stood out, though, was the Ksenia the host. She was incredibly welcoming, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. From offering local tips to making sure I was comfortable, their hospitality made all the difference. I felt well taken care of throughout my entire stay. The apartment was well-stocked with everything from fresh towels to a fully equipped kitchen, which made it easy to feel at home. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the place was peaceful and quiet—ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay again.

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

Appartamento come nelle foto. Ottimo per comitive di 6 persone. Tre camere da letto e due bagni nuovi; un salone e cucina ampio. La terrazza del piano superiore è ottima per un relax al sole. C'erano alcune mancanze nella casa che sono state prontamente colmate dal tempestivo intervento dell'host. In generale, la posizione è buona seppure può risultare scomoda la salita che porta dall'appartamento fino a piazza taksim per chi ha serie difficoltà motorie, quindi attenzione solo a questo. Ascensori, acqua ed elettricità sempre perfettamente funzionanti. L'appartamento è al confine tra la zona nuova di taksim ed una zona un po' più popolare ma questo non crea nessun problema in quanto la zona è, in generale, super sicura sia il giorno che la notte. Un po' di rumore dalla strada (istanbul, in generale è caotica) ma ultimo piano e insonorizzazione delle finestre hanno mitigato questo aspetto. Chiedete all'host consigli su dove andare, trasporti, etc..., vi sarà sempre d'aiuto a 360°.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Der Gastgeber war sehr Freundlich immer erreichbar und wenn man Hilfe brauchte direkt gekümmert.Super Gastgeber,immer wieder gerne komme ich zurück..Es war alles da was man im Täglichen Leben brauchte.Vielen Lieben Dank für die yzeit und Hilfe.

Eyo et d’Ali se sont rendus disponibles pour nous accueillir, avec une grande flexibilité et toujours réactif par message. Le logement était idéal pour un séjour de quelques nuits, avec la Tour de Galata à quelques minutes à pieds et le tram pour rejoindre le centre historique en 15 minutes. Je vous conseille ce logement sans hésiter !

Wir waren mit dem Service im Haus sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles sonst in Ordnung. Der Balkon war nicht ohne Schlappen nutzbar. Sehr schmutzig leider. Weiße Socken tragen ging in der Wohnung leider nicht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen nur mit der Voraussetzung das die Wohnung beim hinsehen vor Ort auch gründlich sauber ist. Vielen Dank.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Balat, Istanbul. The villa was in excellent condition – everything was well-maintained and spotless. The space was more than enough for our group, and the bathrooms were clean and comfortable. Our host was incredibly helpful, always quick to respond and very friendly, which made us feel truly welcome. Staying in Balat gave us the perfect opportunity to experience the authentic side of Istanbul. It was a real treat to be surrounded by the local charm, colorful streets, and unique atmosphere of this historic neighborhood. Highly recommended!

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Janet and her mother for everything. Her mother guided us through the villa with great clarity, ensuring we felt welcome and well-informed. Everything was perfect—the rooms were beautifully designed, the bathroom was luxurious, and the swimming pool was ideal even in winter. We stayed as a family group, and those two days became truly unforgettable moments in our lives. We were beyond happy and amazed by the experience. Our stay from February 4-6 was exceptionally well-prepared, with every detail thoughtfully arranged—from the cozy fireplace and ample firewood to the constant supply of hot water and the villa’s warm, inviting atmosphere. I highly recommend this villa to any group travelers looking for a perfect getaway. Without a doubt, I will book the same villa again in the near future. Thank you, Janet and your wonderful mother!
