very nice building, very clean with security at the entrance, welcoming and flexible host on my arrival, clean and pleasant apartment with what it takes to cook ( a microwave would be a plus) anyway not disappointed. 800 meters from the 212 outlet shopping center where there is shop and at the last full of fast food and restaurant with choice and cheap, metro entrance next to the shopping center, taxi and bus. if I come back to the area I rerun this apartment again. thank you.

I stayed here for the fair I attended about my work and I really loved it. I used the transfer services when I came home from the airport and it was really useful in terms of time. The house was clean and tidy. The coffee maker was a nice detail. It is located in a very central place, transportation was very easy. The hosts were very helpful and welcoming with everything. It was definitely a place I would want to stay again. Would recommend

Nice place to stay with friends and family !

The place was very tidy and cozy! It was sparkling clean which is always a priority for me - clean kitchen, clean bathroom, clean sheets. The host is very helpful and responsive - replies almost instantly. There are Starbucks and a grocery store next to the building. And last but not least - we happened to visit during an earthquake and the building was very stable! I absolutely recommend this apartment and the host!

By far the best host I've had on Airbnb! Super attentive, always available, and incredibly quick to respond. The flat is fantastic—very comfortable, with everything we needed for a great stay. One small suggestion: it would be helpful to provide essentials like oil, salt, toilet paper, and sugar—basic items most guests typically need. We had to purchase these on the first day, but it wasn’t a big issue and didn’t affect our overall experience. The neighborhood is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafes, gyms, and more to explore. If you choose this flat, you won’t regret it! I’d absolutely stay here again.

The room is excellent and very clean, the kitchen has most of the basics. Location Shui is far from the center of Istanbul, but I have a car. Excellent location is a lot of parking. They took insurance of $100 on arrival and returned it after their check on the room

I had a great experience. Stayed for 8 nights and felt so safe, there are security 24/7 and very comfortable stay.
