Make memories for a lifetime in this unique and family-friendly space. We are renting our 250-year-old side building. The house is the very first house that was built in the entire area where we live. Our own home is next to this one. The house is very cozy and surprisingly spacious despite its modest size. Very spacious loft/second floor constitutes bedroom number two. The house is surrounded by a large green garden and there is a swing and slide for the kids. We have built our dream house for families with children and would like to share it when we are away. Here you can enjoy long, quiet days in the garden, or be in the middle of the city center in less than half an hour. There is full sun from about 10 am to 9 pm. The house is located in a quiet dead end with a large sunny garden made for relaxing. Here you have sun all day, a pool, an outdoor kitchen, a trampoline, and space for a soccer game. Private beach for the residents of Lagåsen.

The Artists house

This unique and eclectic place has a style all its own, something between an art and design gallery and a cozy home. The house owners, Ragnhild and Max, are both very much part of the art world; Ragnhild is an opera singer and Max combines painting and writing with working with Italian design. The lush garden has a real Mediterranean feeling with olive trees and different aromatic plants which really invites to relaxation and enjoyment. The garden includes a all year hot tub/ jacuzzi.

The house is well equipped to cook in the wood-fired pizza oven, but otherwise there is only a small stove!
