The house is completely newly renovated and modernly decorated with loft and a full 4 meter ceiling height. Here you can relax in pleasant surroundings both indoors and outdoors, and get a "cabin feeling" close to Oslo. There are floor heating cables, a large and cozy fireplace that heats and rainfall shower in the bathroom. Outside there is a plating and patio of over 20m2 with barbecue, fire pit, kitchen garden and outdoor lighting.

There are room for three by taking advantage of the mattress in the living room - see photo. There is free street parking in the immediate vicinity.

Family friendly house with all on one level. The house is only used by the tenant. It is located in a garden, between two houses, with view of the Oslo Fjord. One bedroom with a 160 cm bed. Living room with a 140 cm sofa bed, dining table and fireplace. Kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker and other kitchen equipment. Washing machine for clothes. Newly renovated bathroom and separate toilet in the hallway. PC monitor for home office.

Cozy house close to Oslo, in Holmenkollen

House built in 2016, total 150 square meters. All furnitures and beds are from 2017/2018. Modern, nice and cosy house with a lot of functional equipments as: code opening for outer door, ice cube machine integrated in the fridge, integrated coffee machine in the kitchen, two integrated Owens in the kitchen. Bedroom 4 is one big, open room that covers the entire 3rd floor (attic). This room is open and has no door.

Rekkehus med 8 sengeplasser fordelt på 4 soverom med 2 på hvert. Huset er vanligvis bebodd av pappa og tre barn i alderen 5, 9 og 13 år. Huset er ryddig, men bærer samtidig preg av å være bebodd og det vil være begrenset med plass for å legge/henge klær, da skap ikke tømmes før utleie. Det ryddes god plass i kjøleskap, men heller ikke dette tømmes helt i forkant av utleie.
