House vacation rentals in Badia Pozzeveri, Altopascio

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Mycket trevlig vecka i det mysiga huset och den fina omgivningen. Perfekt ställe att umgås med vuxna barn med respektive. Tillsammans göra utflykter och laga mat i det hemtrevliga köket och ha poolhäng. Fin vecka för oss som gillar Italien.

We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Gary, who looks after everything, is one of the nicest hosts we have ever met: charming, helpful and making you feel very comfortable. A highly recommendable place to stay! We searched for months for the perfect place for our family of 5 to spend 9 days in Tuscany- and we found it! This house is located a nice distance from Lucca, Cinque Terra, Pisa and Florence. However- the house and grounds were so beautiful that we were always torn about staying home or going exploring. We spent mornings at the pool and evenings adventuring. Andrea was a warm and kind host, always helpful. We had plenty of room for two adults and three young kids. We are beyond grateful to have gotten to spend time in this special place. Die Betreuung durch den Gastgeber war einwandfrei! Wir fühlten uns sehr gut aufgehoben. Die Anfahrt zum Haus ist wie beschrieben etwas abenteuerlich. Die Anfahrt wird aber sehr gut beschrieben und wir konnten das Haus ohne Pribleme gut finden. Nach der Ankunft wird man entschädigt mit einem grossen privaten Parkplatz, einem Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage, einer grandiosen und idyllischen Aussicht und einem grossen Pool. Alles sieht exakt so aus wie auf den Bildern! Wer Erholung sucht, findet diese in dieser Unterkunft. Auswärts Essen und einkaufen gehen bedingt eine 15-minütige Autofahrt. Wir können dieses Haus wärmstens empfehlen. 🥰

Monica was very nice and communication was easy. We had a good time. She even left the pool open for us. Unfortunately it was too cold and rainy that week but we still enjoyed the stay.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in diesem Traumhaus! Herrliche Aussicht, wunderschöne Einrichtung und gute Ausstattung, viel Platz drinnen und draußen, herrlicher Garten, toller Pool, freundliche (wenige) Nachbar*innen. Rundum wunderschön! Erholung und Ruhe für die Erwachsenen und Spielmöglichkeiten am Pool für die Kinder. Das Dörfchen ist bezaubernd. Der Weg zum Einkaufen und nach Lucca ist absolut machbar, wenn man sich an die Serpentinen gewöhnt hat. Und schön ist der Weg auf jeden Fall! Die Abgelegenheit macht die Besonderheit & Schönheit des Ortes aus. Lucca ist eine wunderschöne Stadt! Vittoria ist eine sehr freundliche Gastgeberin. Alles ging einfach und der Kontakt war zu jeder Zeit sehr angenehm. Wir sind begeistert und wollen gerne wiederkommen!

We had a really lovely stay. There were 4 adults, and toddler and baby and the property was very suitable for us. The hosts were very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations of places to eat. We ate in the restaurant just by the property and it was the best meal we had in Italy. We also had some delicious gelato. The property was extremely clean and great for what we needed. We had enough space and there was a nice outdoor area too. It was also a great location, very peaceful but also within walking distance to the beach and lovely little village. Charming little house with a private, cozy yard filled with greenery. Everything in the house is like new, very clean, and inviting. Bicycles can be provided upon request. There is a nearby COOP, which is the best supermarket/grocery chain in Italy. Matteo and Marcela always promptly and informatively answered our questions and proactively kept us informed about everything important. They are very friendly and nice people. I highly recommend this place to stay!

Sehr gute Lage. Nähe zu Lucca. Wunderbare Aussicht von Oben. Die Internetverbindung ist etwas schlecht. Das Haus ist sehr groß und hat viel Scharm. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Silvia war unser Kontakt vor Ort. Sie war stets schnell zu erreichen bei Fragen und hat sich auch regelmäßig erkundigt, ob alles ok bei uns ist.

Comfortable and nicely appointed three bed / two bath apartment within walking distance to Luca old town. Very pleasant stay. Would highly recommend as an AirBNB. Host provided check-in and other information well in advance, and lots of helpful tourist advice / information about Luca and the area. Found Luca a great base to explore Tuscany.

Des hôtes disponibles et serviables, un hébergement conforme aux annonces, un excellent pied à terre pour découvrir la beauté de la toscane : Sienne, Pise, Florence, le chianti, la côte tout est accessible moyennant 45 à 60 min de route.

Odjíždíme se spoustou krásných vzpomínek. Lara je nekonečně srdečná a laskavá. Ubytování je naprosto výborné, v krásné oblasti, s nádherným výhledem, v přírodě… no prostě pohoda. Děkujeme:)

Villa bellissima, pulita e ben tenuta. Provvista di tutto. Area verde esterna e piscina molto belli e ben organizzati. Ottima soluzione per chi vuole passare del tempo con amici e famiglia nel massimo relax e privacy. Proprietari gentilissimi, disponibili e simpatici. Consigliatissimo.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce joli petit village très beau. Le logement est très propre il ne manque rien. Carla est très disponible et accueillante. Il y a même une petite épicerie bar dans le village. La literie est bonne aussi. Je recommande … merci encore pour ce séjour ..

A very nice home with ample space for six adults and two children. A kitchen that was nice and well stocked with cooking utensils, plates and silverware. The heating system worked well. TVs in almost every room were nice. Good Wi-Fi. Molina di Quosa is very nice. Quiet, small, with nice views of the mountains and hiking. There are two small markets and one café a short distance away.

A perfect location in Viareggio - three streets away from the sea and two streets from the main shopping street in the other direction. It was a perfect choice for the holiday we wanted and needed - amazingly quiet in the house. The air conditioning was really good - and very useful when we arrived in 30C heat. All in all we had a fabulous ten day holiday there - and wished we could have stayed longer. Grazie mille Pamela

Francesca ist eine sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns persönlich empfangen in dem wunderschönen Haus direkt am Meer mit atemberaubendem Blick. Es ist alles da, was man braucht, sogar Fahrräder stehen zur freien Verfügung. Wir können diese Unterkunft aus vollem Herzen empfehlen!

We had a lovely holiday in Tuscany. The villa is surrounded by beautiful scenery with lots of day trip options nearby. We added on a cooking class with Raimondo and Viola (Nada's daughter) and learnt so much. We will definitely be making fresh pasta from now on! The villa is well equipped, and nicely furnished.
