Pia is a wonderful host who made our very spontaneous stay in Pforzheim enjoyable. It is clean, cozy, well located, well equipped, easy to check in and out and we did not miss anything! I would everyone recommend to stay there.

The apartment offers plenty of space, our things were very well accommodated in the spacious cabinets and the washing machine is so practical. No laundry mountains that have to be dragged home. The area is nice and quiet and we had a great time there, there are plenty of family destinations nearby and Lake Constance is just great.

It’s a beautiful property at the end of street, very quiet and peaceful. We only stayed one night so not able to really enjoy the area but being dog friendly is a huge plus as the area had some great areas to walk the dogs. Carsten was always available to answer any questions and solved the issue with the key pad entry very quickly. Definitely a place I highly recommend.

The city is great for staying and exploring nearby places. It’s also possible to go to France, for example. The apartment is great, it has a garage, markets nearby, it’s very clean, and has a fridge, washing machine, etc. I recommend this place!

Professional host with attention to detail. For example, large toaster, professionally well-equipped kitchen with everything you need and in reasonable quality. Very comfortable beds, a bathroom where you can move around and have storage space. Public transport is easily accessible. The perfect setting for a lovely stay on Lake Constance.

A lovely and quiet place with sweet, helpful, and hospitable hosts. Everything is just perfect and in tip top condition.

We spent about 7 months at Casa Rossa and Kathleen and Paolo were always very kind to us. They find a way to help us in every situation (ex.: when our battery died due to cold weather, they helped us with recharging it so we could buy a new one). I was pregnant from the beginning of our stay and they always paid attention to my needs with heating. I worked from home and needed 0-24 network access which they provided. If we had questions they answered us in a short time. We found this place very accessible with a private parking, suitable even for a longer stay. If you are searching for a familiar place to stay do not hesitate to contact them. Thank you Kathleen and Paolo for all the support you gave us, we hope to meet you again! 😊

If we vacation nearby again, then certainly in the same location. Everything is correct and worth the price. The house fits the beautiful area and vice versa. Space and variability is massively available. It is quiet despite a church nearby. Contact with hostess completely unproblematic, precise, friendly and fast. From Öhningen-Schienen you can easily explore the entire Höri peninsula, Switzerland is within sight, perfect. You have to top that first!

This is the SUPERB location, walkable to everything we could think of reaching to in Karlsruhe, from ZKM on one end to the Schloss on the other, with all the downtown's restaurants and Nature Museum on that way. A local grocery store literally on the same block, all other services within 2 blocks. You can jump on a tramway to get anywhere in the city within a blink of an eye. And yet - silent at night, we slept through even when we didn't need to. A great, I would even say, strategic location. And plenty of space too!

Raimund is very friendly and helpful. The place is in the best location for excursions in all directions. We can only recommend it and will be happy to come back :)

We had an exceptional stay at this property. Everything was perfectly clean and as described. The bathroom deserves a special mention: spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, it was a real pleasure to relax there after our days of sightseeing. Hosts were very welcoming and available, answering our questions quickly. The apartment is ideal for a stay for two, very well equipped and decorated with great taste. We have no negative points to report, everything was spotless. We'll be happy to go back!

Charming house, clear and comfortable. It is well proportioned, very well-equipped and offers all the comforts you need. Bergheim is an ideal resort for visiting the region, touring the (many) cellars, strolling through the forest, in the vineyards or in tourist sites. A very nice Alsatian bubble, enhanced by the exemplary hospitality of the owners. We will come back without a doubt. Thank you for everything

We had a lovely stay! The accommodation is clean, pleasant and perfectly matches the photos, so no unpleasant surprises. Everything was ready when we arrived. Small plus to consider: adding a 5th blanket and a 5th pillow would be great for perfect comfort when there are 5 of you. Thank you again for hosting us!
