Wij hebben ontzettend genoten van het prachtige huis en uitzicht. Heel stijlvol ingericht en echt authentiek. Als je rust wilt is dit de perfecte plek!

Zeer ruime woning met aangename terrasjes en een heerlijk zwembad. Carlos en zijn vrouw ontvingen ons met open armen! Ze waren heel vriendelijk en heel flexibel met in- en uitchecken. Een absolute aanrader!

La casa excepcional y Paco de 10. Además de la limpieza y la comodidades de la casa. Se adaptó a nuestro horario de llegada. Los detalles de bienvenida de Paco para la cena y el desayuno excepcionales. De las recomendaciones que nos dió para visitar el pueblo destacaría el castillo y el original cementerio. Nuestra estancia coincidió con el carnaval de Montanchez que es realmente curioso. Nos indicó también donde aparcar en Cáceres y nos vino de maravilla.

Todo perfecto , muy céntrica, ideal para familias grandes. Curiosa la casa , pero con espacios definidos niños adultos

We spent a week at Peter and Rosemary's lovely BnB and we could have stayed longer! The home itself is beautiful with a fully appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and a cozy atmosphere. We lucked out on warm weather, so we spent most of our time on the porch, with gorgeous views of the surrounding area, and in the pool. What a great way to relax after a day of touring local towns and riding horses through the countryside. We also found the local hiking trail that provided a fun way to see the history and beauty of the countryside. It was walkable to the trail from the BnB. Peter and Rosemary are amazing hosts. They welcomed us so warmly and made us feel at home. We enjoyed their friendship and their hospitality. We would absolutely come back to their place when visiting Portugal again.

Hemos pasado el finde entre amigos y la verdad que la casa de María tiene todo lo que se necesita tanto para una larga como corta estancia. Muy bien equipada. La única “pega” es que éramos todos adultos y hay una habitación que es de niños, son 4 literas, si los adultos son grandes como lo éramos nosotros quizás es algo incómoda, pero ya lo sabíamos de antes.

Sehr ruhig gelegen, schöne Aussicht aufs Tal. Schafe, Ziegen, Hunde, ein Pferd und eine Menge Sittiche sind die Nachbarn. Sehr ländlich, am Morgen hört man erst die Hähne vom Dorf, dann die Hunde, dann die Glocken der Schafe und Ziegen - sehr idyllisch. Das Haus ist grosszügig, liebevoll eingerichtet und duftet herrlich. Der Garten ist sehr gross, viele Sitz-Möglichkeiten, besonders schön ist die freistehende Lounge. Viele schöne Pflanzen, alles sehr gepflegt und überall solarbetriebene Lampen und Lämpchen, die am Abend eine heimelige Stimmung verbreiten. Ein Grossteil des Gartens ist trockenes Gras/Staub, aber das ist nach dem Sommer hier überall so und stört nicht. Lúcia und Carla (Tochter) haben uns persönlich begrüsst und waren sehr nett. Sie haben uns auch das (einzige) Dorfrestaurant empfohlen - wir waren zweimal da und es war wirklich sehr gut, günstig und herzlich. (Man kann prima Fussball schauen mit den Einheimischen! ) Viele Attraktionen des Alentejo sind nahe.

Estaba todo según se anuncia. La casa está decorada con mucho gusto, siendo muy acogedora. Teníamos calefacción por radiadores las 24 horas y chimenea a demanda con la leña incluida. Todo muy limpio. El hijo de María Isabel,Raúl, nos atendió estupendamente. Nosotros éramos 3 matrimonios, y tener los cuartos de baño en cada habitación, lo valoramos muchísimo. En nuestro caso utilizamos la casa en Montánchez como punto equidistante para visitar Cáceres, Trujillo y Mérida. Todo muy bien.

Fernanda’s place is very peaceful. You walk in and feel right at home. She has everything you could need. We sat on the patio and drank wine until dark. (That she so sweetly provided.)

Casa Tomillo was exactly what we needed as an escape from the city! Nestled in the hills with such stunning and peaceful surroundings, we really enjoyed our visit to this beautiful house and its amazing 20m swimming pool! Its cosy rooms and well equipped kitchen were perfect and Rosa María shared great instructions to help us get settled and some nice suggestions for local walks! Cañamero and Guadalupe are a short drive away and both are beautiful towns to explore and pick up some local delicacies. Definitely hope to visit again!

La finca de Antonio está situada en un lugar privilegiado, con unas vistas increíbles. No pudimos disfrutar de ella mucho porque el tiempo no acompañó aunque sí pudimos echar unas partidas de petanca. Los perros encantados con todo el espacio para echarse unas carreritas. Antonio es muy buen anfitrión, nos esperó para guiarnos a la casa, nos dejó muchísima leña, carbón para una barbacoa (lástima que no pudimos hacerla) y nos contestó rápidamente a todas las cuestiones que le planteamos durante nuestra estancia. Y ha puesto todas las facilidades posibles para poder recuperar un libro que nos dejamos olvidado.

We enjoyed staying at the cottage which was warm and well equipped, the location was perfect for visiting Marvão and Castelo de vide. We pre ordered a meal for our arrival night which I highly recommend, the food and wine was delicious. Communication with the host was also very good, and the fresh daily bread was much appreciated.

La casa es genial, incluso mejor que en las fotos. Tiene de todo, está muy limpia y ordenada. La ubicación es estupenda, a 15 min. de Trujillo y 40 de Cáceres. Se puede aparcar perfectamente en la puerta. Es muy fácil llegar a ella. Tanto Belén como Ignacio fueron muy agradables y amables, estuvieron pendientes de nosotros y la comunicación con ellos fue siempre rápida. Recomiendo, sin duda alguna, este alojamiento para cualquier época del año.

La casa perfecta para pasar el fin de semana con amigos. Es muy bonita, muy bien cuidada. Miguel siempre estuvo pendiente por si necesitábamos algo. Nos lo hemos pasado genial.

Nos alojamos durante un fin de semana y la estancia fue estupenda. José María y su mujer fueron muy amables, nos dieron numerosas recomendaciones de lugares para visitar, dónde comer, etc y nos permitieron dejar la casa más tarde de la hora prevista sin ningún problema. Tanto el alojamiento como las instalaciones son fieles a las fotografías, estaba todo muy limpio. Gracias

María fue muy agradable y estuvo atenta en todo momento. Tiene una propiedad muy acogedora.

Séjour agréable dans un beau coin de campagne, idéal pour se reposer et respirer le bon air. Le gîte est confortable et idéalement situé.

Quel endroits merveilleux! Superbe maison vraiment bien équipée comme chez soit. Grande cuisine, salle à manger, un extérieur fabuleux avec une vue sur l’horizon. Tout est A1, en plus du petit pain frais servie tout les matins ;). Petit resto à 5min excellents! Si vous chercher un endroit pour vous détendre, sans bruits, seul au monde (ou presque) c’est vraiment l’endroit idéal! En plus le logement est équipé pour y passer du bon temps et cuisiner! Sauter sur l’occasion si elle est libre! J’y retournerais sans hésité!
