Top marks for the friendliness, responsiveness and kind hospitality of the hosts, who provided an incredible selection of food and drink (in the fridge). We enjoyed the small roof terrace in the rear and the balconies overlooking the Plaza. Daily parking in the nearby Obispo Galeazo garage was convenient and reasonably priced at €12,45. The lively atmosphere of the adjacent Plaza Mayor emphasizes the special privilege of renting this apartment. Don't miss this opportunity.

Javier is most deserving of the 'Superhost' rating. His commitment to excellence is obvious in every detail of the apartment and building. Quality pours off of every aspect. The bathroom is spotless. The kitchen, pots and pans etc. all quality. The bed and bedding all great. I cannot say enough good things about Javier and his building - impeccable! The location is unbeatable. The main sites and restaurants are all within easy walking distance. The parking garage is conveniently located. Javier was very prompt during all phases of messaging. He provided many recommendations. We were late arriving due to an auto problem. He offered assistance if we needed it. Javier waited patiently and greeted us with a smile. Javier found my wife's gold bracelet and returned it. I accidentally entered a restricted traffic zone. Javier took it upon himself to contact the police and explain my error. Hence I was not ticketed. Just a great place. Do not hesitate to book this place if you go to Merida.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Die Gegend ist ruhig und man hat einen tollen Ausblick von der Terrasse. Die Altstadt ist fußläufig gut erreichbar. Alles war wie beschrieben und wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Jesus war gut zu erreichen und hat bei Fragen schnell freundlich reagiert. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Hemos estado muy cómodos, como en casa, la casa estaba tal cual las fotos y muy limpia, impoluta. Totalmente recomendable y muy a tener en cuenta que en 3 minutos andando estas en la plaza mayor de Cáceres y puedes acceder a la zona comercial. Gracias Emi por todo.

No solo el alojamiento seguía igual de agradable e impoluto y los alrededores igual de encantadores, si no que María Emilia fue super atenta y comprensiva con nosotros pues tuvimos dificultad para calcular nuestra hora de llegada. El apartamento nos ha encantado. Viajamos matrimonio y tres hijos. Las camas estupendas. Hemos utilizado el sofá para uno de los chicos y ha estado cómodo. Toallas muy bien, cocina muy equipada, todo perfecto. Respecto a la zona, súper cerca de toda la parte monumental, pero a la vez muy tranquila. No se oía ni un ruido. Para repetir sin ninguna duda!!!

Teresa was very communicative and helpful. We enjoyed her recommendation to visit Plaza de Cervantes which is a lovely plaza to enjoy.

Lovely apartment in the old center of Cáceres. Steps away from the Plaza Mayor and still very quiet. Guadelupe met us upon our arrival and although my grasp of the Spanish language is minimal I felt very welcome and right at home. We parked our car in a paid garage just a minute or two away by foot (€12/day) as the apartment is in a pedestrian area. We loved Extremadura and fully recommend this listing to explore the area.

El alojamiento es tal cual se enseña en las imágenes, la limpieza es perfecta, te sientes como en casa. En cuanto a los anfitriones, son muy atentos y te solucionan cualquier cosa y te ayudan para lo que necesites. We loved this spacious apartment with the beautiful view over Merida. The bed was comfortable and shower was hot! The host was very responsive to any queries we had and offered lots of suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We felt we had a friend in town! The area was quiet and close to shops and all the attractions. Heating worked very well and on the verandah there is a great line to dry the clothes. Loved the lilac theme throughout. Very calming. Highly recommend this unit.

We stayed in Oikos Apartment just for one night and we loved it. Spacious, clean, comfortable, new, everything was perfect. We couldn't enjoy the terrace because it was cold, but it was very big! The girl at the front desk was very kind and friendly!

Están los anfitriones buenos y luego está Manuel, que juega en un liga superior. Estuvo pendiente desde varios días antes de nuestra llegada. Se preocupó de que tuviéramos sitio para aparcar ya que había obras en las calles próximas al alojamiento. Nos explicó todo al más mínimo detalle y nos dio todas las facilidades posibles. El piso tiene todo lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia y se encuentra cerca del centro y de los principales monumentos (Teatro Romano a escasos 100 metros). Si volvemos a Mérida intentaremos alojarnos aquí.
