We were allowed to spend 13 days in the very well furnished, clean, cozy apartment! We felt comfortable from the first moment, for us there was nothing missing! 🙂 We would also recommend this apartment to our best friends; Oliver, or other contact persons, were easily and quickly accessible! Communication with Guido was very good and informative. He was available at all times, very helpful, friendly and a very good host. The apartment was huge, beautifully equipped with everything you could possibly want. We felt right at home. In the garden there was also a nice place to sit and relax. It was all picobello clean. Guido had also provided us with sparkling wine, wine, sweets, coffee and tea. He and Sandra took care of us in a particularly lovable way. We can warmly recommend the apartment! We were guests for a weekend and would have liked to have stayed longer because we felt so perfectly cared for. We are already looking forward to a longer stay in Guido's beautiful apartment. We say THANK YOU Guido and Sandra for all the kindness.

The place was just as nice as it looked in the pictures. I especially liked the small touches, such as the coffee pods and the milk and water in the fridge. You were immediately provided with the basics. The roses smelled from the backyard, the sun tickles the tip of the nose when waking up. But you could also darken it well. Landlord discreetly reserved, but if necessary very open and willing to talk and help. I'd like to book Bremen there again next time. Great location! Findoffer weekly market and Port Piet a dream. An oasis in town.

The apartment is very modern and it has everything you need. On the terrace you can relax wonderfully and look into the green. The apartment is at ground level and in a very quiet location. We would book this again. The contact with Rolf was also very pleasant. He was open and always had an open ear. He also had good tips for excursions. Gladly again.

Very nice house with everything you need. Clean and new and with direct access to the dirt road behind the house. Enjoyed the view of the meadows very much. We will be happy to come back here is the bread service!

I booked this place super spontaneously, and everything worked out perfectly. The indoor pool and sauna were perfect for our rainy weekend. This was an absolut great place for four persons to stay! Clean, very well equipped kitchen and bathrooms, nice and thoughtfully decorated. We felt at home. The apartment is located some ten steps from the main streets , and for being such a small town there were an extensive selection of nice restaurants and shops. We made excursions several days, and it is much to see and do in the surroindings of Esens. We didn't meet Imke in person, but had contact through texts messages and telephone. Imke was caring and wanted to know that we were having a good time. Highly recommended!

We are 6 people from France and are looking for a relaxing holiday on the North Sea. The East Frisia region is beautiful with its islands, beaches, dikes and windmills. We were very warmly welcomed by the Weikert family at the Huus Karoline. The owners are very friendly and have made sure we have everything we need. They even invited us to a tea ceremony together. Communication before arrival went very smoothly. They live right next door should you need them. They give good recommendations and can explain a lot about the region. The house is large, clean and comfortable for 6 adults (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms). Everything is suitable for young children. As in the house description, all equipment is available. Huus Karoline is very well located between Norddeich and Bensersiel. Many thanks to Gisela and Reinhard, they are wonderful hosts - we highly recommend this house! Maxence and family

The place completely met my expectations. Since I was there on business for 2 weeks, I felt at home. Very clean place to stay with very friendly hosts.

We traveled as a family for 4 days to spend a short vacation on the North Sea. The apartment has the perfect location if you are looking for some peace and quiet but also want to be at the sea super fast. There are also many other possible activities that can be easily reached in the surrounding area. The apartment was clean and very lovingly furnished. Bedding and towels were provided by the host and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need to take good care of yourself. You could park perfectly in front of the house. I would recommend the accommodation without hesitation and also go there again. Last but not least, the host was super friendly and easy to reach in case of problems or questions.

The wallbox was also very helpful to start the day trips without having to drive to charging stations beforehand. Nessmersiel was the central point for us to do island hopping. We enjoyed our vacation in the apartment very much, the apartment is very cozily furnished and has everything you need. There was also a small welcome from the hosts and the idea with the guest book in the apartment is very nice. Great getaway and perfectly located to take a trip to Baltrum by boat!

For a short night in the area, I have accommodated two of my staff in this apartment. The place was well located, quiet and perfect for a short stay. Everything was clean and well decorated, so we quickly felt comfortable. Check-in was hassle-free, and the host was helpful.
