Built around 1780 as a smoking house, the farmhouse is protected under historic preservation and has been lovingly maintained. You will stay in our cozy apartment with a terrace to the south side and views of our garden. This special place is close to everything: supermarket, weekly market, pharmacy, etc., 10-minute walk to the Congress & Exhibition Center, 10 minutes by bus to the train station & 15 minutes to the city or the Weser (Schlachte). However, quietly located, close to the Bürgerpark & Torfkanal. Many activities & restaurants are right outside the door.

Our ecological log cabin, built in 2022, is located on the edge of an oak grove on a 550 m high plateau called Oesterberge, in the middle of the Sauerland Nature Park. When furnishing, we placed special emphasis on stylish and comfortable furnishings. For hikers, mountain bikers, but also for families with children, it becomes a small paradise. Located on the edge of our farm, guests of all ages can experience pure nature, tranquility and spectacular views.

Our beautiful, sun-drenched vacation home is built in wood and offers everything a family or a small travel group needs. Attention: Only for non-smokers indoors and outdoors! A fully equipped open kitchen, four spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 sunny terraces, a large garden and a double carport. The house has underfloor heating and is completely barrier-free, including the showers.

I've been around for 50 years… even though tiny houses are all the rage right now, I've been around a long time… but I've recently been renovated and look forward to welcoming interesting guests!
