Our newly renovated apartment is located on the ground floor of a former farmhouse and offers a lovely view of the Traunstein. The garden hut with its vine-covered pergola is a particularly pleasant spot to relax in the summer, and the orchard invites you to unwind and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Greetings from beautiful Gmunden! Our house is very central. The house has two separate apartments. The Airbnb apartment has a large garden, two bedrooms, bathroom incl. There is a possibility to park the car in front of the house for free. From us, the public transport, the city center, great restaurants and our beautiful Traunsee (10 min walk) are away. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
