The 65 m² apartment is located in an idyllic secluded location in Pichl near Wels. Due to its proximity to the A8 highway, the apartment is easily accessible from all directions. The trade fair city of Wels is 15 km away. The Bad Schallerbach thermal baths are 5 km away and thus offer swimming fun and relaxation in any weather. Calm and traditional farm house flat near highway

Our farm house ("Vierkanthof") is surrounded by fields, meadows and woods. The quaint apartment is absolutely quiet, yet very central (10 minutes to Wels and Grieskirchen, 25 to Linz, 1 hour to Salzburg, 2 hours to Vienna, 5 minutes to the next motorway drive and to Bad Schallerbach). Within walking distance there is the possibility to feed our sheep and chickens.
