The accommodation is located at about 1,250 m above sea level and is characterized by the cozy atmosphere and the quiet location at the end of the access path. The lift station for skiing or the mountain bike trail (summer) is only about 5 minutes away by car. To the valley and to the nearest supermarket it is about 12 minutes, there is a bakery near the lifts. The Alm' Ferienhaus GAISEGG is located at Klippitztörl in Lavanttal, in the south of Austria. Now more space for every single guest - expanded to 8 bedrooms! Each bedroom also has direct access from the terrace and is therefore accessible separately from the living area! 15-person vacation home 175 m² living space with 2 apartments (5 and 10 people). You rent both apartments and are all alone in the vacation home - pets are welcome!

In my house, where people who live here and guests meet, there is an apartment with 2 rooms, a kitchen with a dining area and a bathroom with a toilet. The apartment is located on the second floor of the house and forms its own residential unit and is well suited for 4 people. !! Attention: the bathroom is half a floor lower and can be reached via steps. The garden can also be used. If required, the seminar room can also be booked.

Holiday apartment in the heart of Styrian Zirbenland. Centrally located in the picturesque village of Obdach, located in the Murtal on the border between Styria and Carinthia. In winter, ideal for skiers and touring enthusiasts. Valley station Obdach Obdach is about 500 m away in summer for hiking and nature lovers but also for motorsport fans. The Red Bull Ring is only about 25 km away. Pets are welcome!

Wake up in a hut built with wood from our forest, in an idyllic location. In the morning, from your warm bed, you can gaze through the panoramic glass, and admire the magnificent view of the Kamnik-Savinja Alps. In the hut is one double bed with a pull-out extra bed, small kitchen with fridge, outdoor terrace with deck chair. Every hut has its own bathroom in the immediate vicinity (15m-30m).

Ideally suited for nature lovers and athletes. The forest and mountains can be explored directly from the property. The beautiful Packer reservoir is only 5 minutes away by car. Free Wi-Fi and parking space available. Dogs are welcome in our apartment. An additional final cleaning fee of €25 will be charged.
