We had a great vacation! The apartment was very well equipped, clean and there is everything you need for a pleasant stay. The surroundings are quiet and just a short walk to the charming old village of Dettelbach, where we even found Doggie ice cream for our pooch, awesome !!!! Louie is very nice and helpful and communication was excellent. But the icing on the cake was the heated pool which is very clean and well maintained . We very much recommend this place for short or longer stays. Thanks Louie :-)

Pretty, small and practically furnished accommodation in a good location, about 10 minutes to the Wandelhalle. The contact with Eugen was very friendly and pleasant, inquiries were answered quickly. Thanks!! Sleeping on the sofa bed was no problem for me. I would book the place again.

Lovely apartment. In a very quiet and peaceful part of Coburg. The owners parents met us and were very kind. The apartment is very clean. Comfortable bedrooms. Enjoyed having a balcony. We will definitely stay here again

We were here as a family for one night to pass through and would have liked to have stayed longer. The apartment is very idyllically located on the outskirts in a slight hillside location. For children, a paradise with trampoline and small playground. Shopping facilities are available (by car 2 minutes). The landlords are very welcoming and accommodating. At check-in, they were flexible and welcomed us in a very friendly manner despite the later hour. A small (sweet) surprise was ready for the children😉 The place itself was very well maintained, lovingly decorated and comfortably furnished. Everything was very clean. Coffee (capsule machine) with capsules and cream of coffee were ready as well as two bottles of water. So we were able to treat ourselves directly to a cup of coffee after the long drive. 😉 The beds were comfortable and it was very quiet. The apartment offers enough space for a family of four. The terrace in front of the apartment was beautiful and well equipped. We will be happy to come back!

It was a wonderful time . We enjoyed it very much: the house is adorable: it is beautifully decorated, has beautiful furniture, great bathrooms, good beds, beautiful rooms, also the view when cooking we liked very much, it has a beautiful courtyard with a wide view at swallow-taking. Also in front of the house it is nice. The area is wonderfully quiet, there is plenty to explore. Stefanie welcomed us nicely and gave us several tips. The Lädla in Burgpreppach is an extremely well-stocked village shop with wonderful regional products (delicious rolls and good bread, wonderful wine and schnapps, good sausage!!)

For our annual family reunion with six adults and one child, Lucia's vacation home was perfect. Everything we needed was there and we felt very comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped. There are plenty of excursion opportunities in the surrounding area. Kulmbach is not far, and Bayreuth is also easily accessible. A special highlight for us was the visit to Lucia's nearby farm with adorable newborn calves.

The house was fantastic, matched the pictures and was very cozy. We had a great weekend in a girls' group and highly recommend it.

I loved the place and exactly what was promised was fulfilled. I needed a break from the noisy everyday life and had therefore explicitly searched for quiet accommodations and landed an absolute hit with this house. Everything was quiet and clean and I had a fantastic time!

We spent a week here in the fall as a family of five. The accommodation was comfortably furnished, the space generous and the kitchen fully equipped. Great view of the valley. Good communication. We felt very comfortable.

Wonderful house, very nicely decorated, you immediately feel at home. The kitchen is super well equipped as well as the rest of the house! It's great for kids too, since there's a lot of equipment. From dishes to toys and travel cribs. You can take super nice walks in the area. We would book it again, thank you very much!

We took a city trip with friends to visit Würzburg and the surrounding area. The house was perfect for that. We felt very comfortable and didn't miss anything in the house.

Beautiful bright apartment, easily accessible from the train station by 5 min bus ride and 10 min walk. We were allowed to check in earlier, which gave us half a day more vacation - great. A bakery and a supermarket were close to the property and on the holiday we found a farm vending machine for shopping. The equipment of the apartment was very good and modern (induction stove etc). And a fun little sweeping robot swept the apartment every day. The highlight is the protected terrace, after a day out. The apartment is located on a low-traffic railway line, which did not bother us. Thank you for the lovely stay.

Super nice apartment with excellent amenities and even external blinds in all rooms! The contact in advance with co-host Marcel was very nice and even a very short-term early check-in due to an unexpectedly shorter arrival was possible without any problems. The apartment is quiet yet within walking distance of the center. The furniture individually designed by Marcel is a dream and a vacation read was quickly found in the well-stocked bookshelf. Everything was spotless and, just in case, replacement bed linen, towels, etc. were available. In the kitchen there was dishwashing liquid, dishwasher tabs, dishcloths and sponges, but also coffee and filter bags, in the bathroom shower and hair detergent, toilet paper - everything else you would otherwise bring from home or still have to buy. Each room is lovingly furnished with a lot of sense for detail and yet not overloaded. Dear Susi and dear Marcel, I'd love to come back and clearly recommend you!

We rented the place for the parents-in-law. Calm and clean appartment with a beautiful view, grocery shopping is possible in the neighbourhood, public transport is easily accessible and brings you directly to the city. Michael was super friendly and reactive. We definitely would recommend his place.

Olja’s apartment was spotless and incredibly well-maintained. It had all the amenities I could ask for: a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, fresh towels, and a super clean bathroom stocked with toiletries like shampoo, soap, and a hairdryer. And even some nice little touches like coffee, tea, spices, etc. Everything worked perfectly, and the space felt very welcoming and clean. Olja is easy to communicate with and made the whole stay smooth and stress-free. Thank you Olja :)

We liked Tanja's apartment very much, we felt right at home. The kitchen equipment is great, we found everything super clean, the sauna was a big gift in the cold season, for music lovers the well tuned piano is also great. We were very happy about it. We would come back anytime we are in the area again.
