In the secluded garden area, a sauna, cold water shower with bathtub, sun loungers and dining area are at your disposal. The surroundings entice with numerous outdoor activities.

On the first floor there is a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On the upper floor, there are 2 bedrooms and another bathroom. Two parking spots directly at the house. In the garden, seating and a grill. Bikes, e-bikes, e-cargo bikes, e-scooters can be rented directly.

Relax in the stylish and quiet house on the edge of the forest in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve, not far from the Rennsteig (2 km away). House is modern and fully furnished with living room including fireplace, sofa, table, TV. The kitchen-living room with induction stove, dishwasher and washing machine is located on the first floor. It is also worth having breakfast/grilling on the terrace with magnificent views in good weather. Bedroom (1.60 m bed), sofa as well as workstation (fast Wi-Fi) and view.

Die Wohung ist komplett barrierefrei und mit einem Aufzug ausgestattet. Im Umland kann man wandern, klettern, am Badesee entspannen, Städte wie Bamberg, Bad Staffelstein, Coburg, Kronach, Bayreuth und Kulmbach besuchen. Herrlich ist es auch, einfach im Garten oder auf der Terrasse die Ruhe zu genießen und Hühner, Laufenten oder manchmal auch Schafe zu beobachten.

After I inherited the farm from my grandfather, one thing was clear to me, "this farm is not for sale." Our holiday home is a more than 200 years old former water mill in the hilly landscape of the Franconian Hassberge. Where previously the flour was ground for the estate of the Bundorfer Castle, today up to 12 guests can relax on 250 sqm in the elegant salon, the open kitchen with cozy breakfast room and 6 bedrooms. From your own garden, you can look out at the castle and its park.

Our modern furnished 80 sq. m apartment is located in the Upper Franconia gourmet region. Due to the favorable location, it is possible to reach not only the World Heritage city of Bamberg, but also many sights of the region by car or bike. The Obermain thermal baths, Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery are a few minutes' drive away.
