Open-plan apartment. On the ground floor of the apartment: kitchen, bathroom, separate toilet as well as dining and living room. The upper floor of the apartment is a converted attic, where a total of up to 6 people can sleep. A mattress lying on the floor (1.40 m wide) and 4 single beds in an open space! (Access to the mattress is narrow and deep!!) Since the apartment is located 2 floors above a restaurant, it may be that music occasionally enters the apartment. This is usually only on weekends.

My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

The Obermain thermal baths, Vierzehnheiligen and Banz Monastery are in approx. 15 minutes by car. Climbing enthusiasts also have Franconian Switzerland close by. In just a few minutes on the A73 and at the A70/A73 interchange. For final cleaning, a one-time fee of €30 will be charged.

A wooden staircase leads to the apartment. The front porch also invites you to linger. Since the basement is only used as a utility room, you will live in the house all by yourself - without being disturbed by other vacation guests in the same house.

My very well-equipped apartment is ideal for 2 people. If necessary, another sleeping place can be quickly arranged on the pull-out sofa in the living room. On our smart TV, I provide you with Netflix for rainy days and relaxing evenings on the sofa :) I live quietly, right by the forest, where beautiful hiking trails begin. Sufficient amenities are available for business travelers. 1 travel crib and 1 highchair are available for a small guest.

The apartment can accommodate 2-4 people. The bedroom for 2 and a sofa bed for 2 in the living room. Quiet location! The large garden with several seats behind the house can be used. The quiet yet central location makes our apartment a good choice. In summer, our courtyard offers a unique flair. Use it for eating, playing, getting together & enjoy nature and the loving details that make this place special. Opposite is a butcher shop. Also within minutes walking distance are a supermarket, a small organic shop and a fast food pizza restaurant.
