We stayed at this property with three technicians, and everything was perfect. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and exactly as described. The check-in process was smooth, and communication with the host was excellent. The location was convenient, and we had a comfortable stay. Highly recommended! Thank you for the great hospitality!

Perfect place to spend the week with the family. Lots to do within a short drive. Felt like home and had everything we needed and more! Great that there was a washer and dryer.

Even the welcome by Pauline conveyed a good feeling of being welcome. It was like staying at a friends' place.

The place was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We traveled a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

Snezana-Mile is an amazing host who was very responsive to our questions (and there were many😊). The accommodation is in a village a short walk from Salzburg, in a nice modern house. It is in a quiet environment, very clean, comfortable, the kitchen is fully equipped, and in addition to the classic amenities, we were delighted with the little things - coffee (and chocolate) capsules, tea, spices, and so on. The bathrooms didn't lack all the necessary toiletries. There was plenty of storage space in the rooms. Also, the fly screens in the windows were pleased. Our group of 8 was very welcoming and comfortable. It is about 20 minutes by bus to the center of Salzburg, Snezana-Mile has also equipped travel tickets. I definitely recommend staying in Au, we'd love to come back again. Snezana-Mile – thanks so much ♥

A quiet, peaceful, comfortable cottage near a small farm, the place has a lot of charm and a rustic feel to it. You can see the Austrian alps from the living room window. We felt very safe and secluded here, and there’s ample room for 1-2 cars. Josef and Helga, our hosts, made us feel very welcome right from the start. The village is walkable, and offers a couple of restaurants and a live theatre, and is less than 1/2 hour drive from Salzburg and all that this lovely, historical city has to offer. Whether your interests are hiking, history, museums, castles or even a 500 year old salt mine, this home in Holzhausen is a great place to stay.

This was the best Airbnb I have ever stayed in. The surroundings and and scenery are truly spectacular. The house was beyond expectations. Very spacious and comfortable. I will stay here again when I return.

The stay was just great! We immediately felt at home in the family atmosphere! The apartment was perfect for our needs. But the service and openness of the hosts was outstanding. There is also a large garden with chickens! 🐓

Absolute recommendation! The area of Maria's place is like paradise. The view, the tranquility, simply fabulous. The place is really nice and there was nothing we missed. Maria's hospitality is particularly noteworthy. She made us feel at home. At any time, she gave personal tips on hikes and local events. One could list much more here, but unfortunately the characters are not enough. The fresh hay milk and eggs directly from their own cow and chickens were also special. It was really wonderful! Thank you! ☺️

Johanna and Flo are super sweet people but the sweetest is Rosalie, she is so cute!!!!! We were very kindly welcomed, everything is SUPER PROPER and NEAT!!!! Nicely decorated, the kitchen is very well equipped for cooking yourself. We greatly enjoyed the super cozy and nice terrace with beautiful garden and beautiful views of the mountains. Even though we sometimes had a little rain, we could always sit dry on the terrace. You have private parking at the apartment. Across the street, a cozy Konditorei with very tasty pastries. And a very tasty Pizzeria just around the corner, Jolly Pizzeria with very tasty Pizza. There is also a small supermarket nearby. The area was very quiet and you are right on the Konigssee. In the area you can take beautiful walks and excursions. Everything was PERFECT, we enjoyed our vacation SUPER and felt AT HOME !!!! We highly recommend the apartment and would definitely come back. We really enjoyed our stay in Rosmarie’s cottage. It was a great location for us because we were visiting Salzburg but also the surrounding areas. There was plenty of room for our family of four and we really enjoyed using the porch for enjoying the peaceful neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked for when we cooked dinner one evening. Rosmarie was so kind to offer suggestions and is such a gracious host!

Great apartment, only 3-5mins walk to the cathedral and right by access to the castle. The apartment was spacious, quiet, had great amenities (including access to a washing machine and dryer). Our host was responsive to all questions and his instructions were clear and easy to follow for check-in. A folder of local info would have been useful, but overall a great stay and a great host.

We definitely recommend staying here! The area is beautiful in the mountains and a short drive to Salzburg. Stefanie was also very responsive to our messages!

fantastic stay😊👌👌 my wife and I were able to do so many things in 5 days, Munich,Salzburg, konigssee (absolutely stunning) Berchtesgaden. strategic point to do things around ( it was on our way to Hallstatt too) Sepp and Doris ate really great people felt friendly immediately. the place is very comfortable, the bed! wow!😊, the bathroom everything was perfect. more than happy of our stay. thank you again ,wish you the best for the future.

We had a very nice short trip at Elisabeth's. The place is in a beautiful setting and we would have liked to have stayed longer to see more. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. We'd love to come back. :)

We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

The apartment was spacious, neat and clean. Very good views in a quiet neighborhood. We truly enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is furnished with so much love for detail that you feel completely comfortable from the first moment. Everything is very tastefully designed, high-quality and wonderfully cozy. We would like to highlight the warm hosts who welcomed us with great attention and genuine hospitality. They were always there to help and advise. The location of the accommodation is also ideal: quietly located, with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and yet close to many beautiful excursion destinations in Berchtesgadener Land. I am an extremely clean person in everyday life. I quickly feel uncomfortable if it is not tidy or is messy. Therefore, a very big compliment to the person who put the accommodation in order in advance! Excellent work! There was enough space for the German shepherd who traveled with us. In addition, due to the rural location, the apartment is in a "walking-friendly" area. The affected residents of the village are very (stranger) friendly. You are greeted by everyone and help is offered if you - as we apparently do 😁 - stand around a little lost in the landscape. We were happy to be guests in this house and will also be happy to come back if we need accommodation in this area again.
