The 80 m², bright two-room apartment, on the 2nd floor, is located in the middle of the spa zone 1. It has a fully equipped kitchen. Free parking is available about 200 m from the house at the Rupertus Therme. There is space for your bicycles in the garage. The spa is just 4 minutes away, and the city center is about 7 minutes away. If you arrive before check-in or after check-out, you can leave your luggage with us in the protected basement exit at your own risk.

You rent the entire second floor (90 m²) plus a balcony (6 m²). The bright, light-flooded apartment is newly adapted and impresses with modern or old art (originals). In most rooms there is 60-year-old, revitalized parquet; as well as in the bathroom. The spacious apartment can also be booked by two couples (or a group), as there is a second toilet and the bathroom has two entrances and is lockable. Please be careful with the parquet floors in the bathroom! :=)

A small grocery store is just around the corner on Untersbergstrasse and is open 7 days a week (Sunday from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.). A beautiful family outdoor pool is just a 5-minute walk away.

Many destinations can be reached by public transport with your guest card free of charge. Close to a bus stop. Just 2 km away is Lake Thumsee, one of the most beautiful bathing lakes in Berchtesgadener Land.

The approximately 90 square meter apartment is on the second floor of a 2-family house with a separate entrance. There is a bedroom with a double bed, as well as a separate room with a slightly smaller double bed (160 × 200 cm). There is also a fully functional kitchen and a washing machine in the apartment. We are always happy to welcome new guests. Bikers are also very welcome here!

Newly built in 2018, the fully furnished vacation home awaits you with modern furnishings. It includes a private terrace and bathroom with shower and bathtub. Each room overlooks either the quiet garden or the picturesque mountains.

Unfortunately, the connection to public transport is poor. Hikes and bike tours can be taken directly from the apartment.
