As always, very friendly, super clean and easy to check in. Could not recommend it more.

Our employees lived in the flats offered by Jürgen for several months in total. Obviously, during this time there were situations that required immediate solutions and host intervention. Jürgen always responded promptly to our requests and solved the problems that arose. Communication was excellent, the host always responded to our messages within a couple of minutes. There are also no comments about the apartments themselves. Everything was as stated in the description and also the pictures did not differ from reality. We would recommend Jürgen and his properties.

My five week stay with Astrid was very pleasant. I felt very comfortable in the apartment from the first day. The direct view to the Main River and the fireplace were a highlight. Würzburg Central Station is super easy to reach by car. The communication with Astrid went smoothly. Here, the well-being of the guest is paramount, which I also felt. Always happy to come back:)

Good accommodation for hikes in the Steigerwald. Many hiking trails start almost at the front door. The apartment had everything you need for a few days.

It was great staying at Lilli's farm! Everything worked out just fine, very quick response, also the description of apartment access and further information about the furnishings were very helpful and precise. The apartment was impeccably clean, with comfortable beds, 2 newly renovated bathrooms, fridge, mini kitchen and even coffee machine. A little too much pink in the kitchen for my taste, but hey, was the Rosamunde Suite after all;-) Everything worked out and we felt very comfortable, will be happy to come back. Thanks Lilli!

Everything was good about Elisabeth's place. Beautiful village of Neckarsulm and close to Heilbronn. A pleasure!

We loved our stay at Katja’s place. She was a lovely host and we felt very comfortable there. Her dog, Maya, was extremely friendly and adorable. Overall, we had a very memorable stay at Katja’s place! :)

1+ with asterisks! I stayed here for 3 weeks for work and am absolutely satisfied, I felt very comfortable! The apartment is large enough to prevent the ceiling from falling on your head and living & sleeping is super separated from each other by the clever layout. The amenities provide everything you need in everyday life. The private parking space right outside the door was a small highlight for me, so it was also a lot easier to get in and out 😊 The communication with Julia & Heiko was incredibly friendly and straightforward, my messages were always answered within a few minutes. I also received help on site immediately! Conclusion: I will definitely come back if I need another place to stay in the area! 😊

Thomas was a friendly and accommodating yet unobtrusive host. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped, attractive, private, and very clean. Stuffed-animal door stops added personality. Altogether a great place to stay!

Very practical small apartment, even a second "bedroom" is available, since I snore and the small Bedroom with a door that could be separated from the large sleeping-dining-living room. The first floor apartment with a small protected terrace is located in an extremely quiet, safe residential area and can be reached from the underground parking lot, even in bad weather, completely protected. Within walking distance in 2 minutes is, among other things, a pharmacy and a large well-stocked supermarket. The kitchen offers all amenities for a stay almost like at home. The beds were comfortable, we slept well. A large TV and fast Wi-Fi complete the comfort of the apartment. The checkout was handled very confidently. Overall, we were very satisfied with the apartment and will be happy to return to the offer when visiting Heilbronn.

We felt very comfortable. We received extremely helpful and great information (excursions…) and recommendations for restaurants. That was all very good. The bakery next door was also very convenient for breakfast. We will be happy to come back.

It was very clean and tidy

A very nice place for a few relaxing days. The apartment is perfect for 3–4 people and equipped with everything you might need. Unfortunately, we had problems with the hot tub at first. Upon request, we received the helpful tip from the cleaning staff to briefly turn the fuse off and on again – after that it worked. Still a great stay! Thank you so much!

Everything was super nice. Super friendly and really hospitable. We were really welcomed like family members. So really everything is fine and recommended. Gladly come back 😄👍

We had a wonderful weekend with friends and children at the property. The place was very clean. There were also plenty of toys for the children. An all-round very well-maintained accommodation incl. Garden..and super delicious rolls :) Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was not only super clean and stylishly furnished, but also perfect for relaxing – the sauna and hot tub were absolute highlights. The hosts were very friendly, helpful and straightforward in communication. All in all, a real oasis of well-being – we will be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay at the property. It is accessible only by car, but it was no problem to park in the yard. Everything was neat and clean. The possibility to use the sauna was just great for us in the evening and everything worked very well. The bathrooms and other rooms were very clean. Great was the free way to use bikes, grill and sit outside. The yard was very quiet and it was very relaxed. Marion responded very quickly to inquiries and helped us out.

Dorothee was wonderful and her place was a delight to stay in. I had issues on the road and arrived late. She was more than accommodating and even helped me with dinner when she realized I wouldn't get any due to the late hour. I heavily enjoyed my time here in this peaceful residence. I only wish I stayed here longer. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

We highly recommend the place. There are many things to do in the surrounding area. The apartment was perfect for the weekend as a group and we would go back. Unfortunately, the beds are a bit worn out and there are many trees between the walking path and the river so you cannot walk directly along the river in this section. But there was nothing more to complain about. With the key box it was very straightforward and the rooms and amenities in the place were great. Everything was clean. The hot tub was also a highlight. Quick accessibility if you have any questions. Value for money was also good. I'd love to come back:)
