Eine kurze Fahrt mit Auto/Bus zur UNESCO Kurstadt Baden-Baden mit historischen Gebäuden, Parks, Gärten, Skulpturen, Kunst, Museen und natürlichen Thermalquellen.

I am renting out a cozily furnished self-contained apartment (approx. 50 square meters) in a quiet residential area – with a separate entrance and private parking. The kitchen is fully equipped (including microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker), the bathroom offers shower, hairdryer, washing machine and dryer. Outside, a table, 4 chairs and a grill await for pleasant hours – even if not everything is quite ready yet. TV (Astra) and Wi-Fi are included. Ideal for relaxed living with comfort.

Your flat in our half-timbered house is the ideal starting point for excursions to the Black Forest, Kraichgau or to Karlsruhe and Stuttgart. Our farmhouse is located north of the "Black Forest Nature Park". Nature invites you to cycle, hike and discover: orchards, forests, meadow valleys and high moors, gorges, streams & lakes! And vineyards. But you can also relax in our garden and enjoy local wine or craft beer. We have 2 dogs and 1 cat, turtles and sheep (not always on premise).

BEST LOCATION: The 2-room apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a newly built house in the middle of Pforzheim city. IT DOESN'T GET ANY MORE CENTRAL: Everything you need is right outside the door. Cafes, restaurants (also with great breakfast), beer garden, supermarkets, pedestrian zone... everything is in the immediate vicinity and within 2 minutes' walk. The CongressCentrum and the theater are also just around the corner. The train station is about 10 minutes' walk away.

The approximately 50 square meter attic apartment with a living room, open kitchen, bedroom and bathroom is completely designed with oak parquet or old plank flooring. The balcony allows a beautiful view of the spa house and the spa park. Hiking trails, restaurants, thermal baths and shops are within walking distance.

Ideal for bikers and hikers.  The property is best reached by car, restaurants & supermarkets are 5-10 minutes away in Gernsbach. There is a call taxi to the Lautenbach district.
