Super nice, cozy apartment. It has everything you need to feel comfortable. We were particularly impressed by the tasteful coordination of furnishings and decor. And of course the wonderful cuddly bed niche under the skylight. The city center, Albrechtsburg and train station with S-Bahn connection for excursions to Dresden and Saxon Switzerland are within walking distance, finding a parking space in front of the house was also no problem. And please be sure to try the Arnold bakery just around the corner: super nice, great baked goods and a mega Eierschecke! So, fully recommended!

Good place for a short stay. Possibility of a late check-in through a key in the locker. Bedsheets and bathroom were clean. Bathroom is not in the apartment but in corridor (3m from apartment doors). There is kitchen with a kettle and fridge in the apart. Overall good price/quality ratio but have in mind this is an apartment where someone else normally lives so there is their stuff there like food. Wolfgang was very communicative and replied very fast.

The three of us with our little daughter felt very comfortable at the place. The hosts were very helpful and the small playground in the courtyard also gave us a lot of pleasure. We can fully recommend the accommodation for families with children.

Utes apartment is located in a small, quiet village. The next larger villages can be reached in a few minutes by car or by bike. The apartment is very clean and cozy and we felt right at home. The apartment is equipped with everything you need. The kitchen is very large. A third person has a sleeping place in a separate room of the apartment. We can definitely recommend Ute as a very nice and accommodating host and her apartment.

The apartment is interesting and modernly furnished. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay. Everything was very clean, and you immediately feel at home. The accommodation is also super suitable for families.

One of the photos may suggest that you have a terrace with an exit into the green, that is not the case, it is an accommodation on the first floor... Especially important for people with dogs

My stay at Ingrid's was absolutely fantastic! The place is superbly maintained and in perfect condition – you immediately notice how much value Ingrid places on cleanliness and details. Everything was perfectly prepared, and I felt comfortable from the first minute. Ingrid herself is an incredibly nice and accommodating hostess. She welcomed me warmly and was always available if I had any questions. Her friendly and helpful nature really made my stay special. We were very happy with the place. It corresponded exactly to our ideas for an extended relaxed weekend and served as the perfect starting point for hikes.

The accommodation was simply fantastic – a true oasis of well-being. It is centrally located, yet pleasantly quiet on a small hill. Upon arrival, we were thrilled by the magnificent view that you can enjoy from the terrace: Whether with a relaxing glass of wine/whiskey or beer in the evening or with a cup of coffee in the morning – the view alone makes the stay special. The accommodation itself is furnished with a lot of love for detail – stylish, modern and yet cozy. Everything was very clean and in excellent condition, so we felt welcome from the first moment. Another big plus is the perfect location: numerous restaurants are within walking distance, and the ferry is just two minutes away – ideal for excursions or the way to the center. Despite the proximity to everything important, the accommodation remains wonderfully quiet and invites you to relax. Overall, everything was just right.

Top accommodation in a prime location! The accommodation is very tastefully decorated, absolutely clean and well equipped – nothing was missing. The location is great: just a few minutes' walk along the Elbe promenade to the beautiful old town with many attractions. There are nice people, numerous shopping facilities and a wide selection of restaurants in the area. Communication was flawless – Michael contacted us and provided us with helpful tips for the stay. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

A wonderful apartment that you enter via the in-house coffee roastery. Everything is furnished with love and very clean and well maintained. The hostess was immediately reachable by phone when needed and the communication was very friendly. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend this great place.

We came to Dresden for two days. Stayed just for one night. It was nice - cozy, clean, great location, quiet street but super close to all the thrills of Dresden's old town. Jonas responded in a blink of an eye to any question/concern. Would definitely book again!

A very cozy and super equipped apartment. There is not much going on in Sebnitz, but you have your peace and quiet and are there anyway because of the very beautiful landscape. You have to expect a few cobwebs in the apartment, otherwise everything was tip top & just as described by the host. Definetly recommend.

We spent three days in the beautiful apartment and in beautiful Chemnitz. The location of the apartment is very and yet central. The decor is very tasteful and the apartment is very clean. We can really recommend it.

Very great apartment, very large and perfectly equipped with two bathrooms. Super clean kitchen and everything you need. Even if there is no more space to park in the courtyard, there is a public parking space on the opposite side of the street.

A small property, with a lot of love for detail. The apartment is not very large but super cozy and absolutely sufficient. We were greeted nicely and felt very comfortable. The hosts were friendly and the communication was seamless.

Great, listed four-sided courtyard, very idyllic ambience with adjoining equestrian facility and several ponds and lots of nature, really ingenious apartment with tasteful, very individual furniture, old beams combined with new interior design, plenty of space on over 100 square meters also for large families or 2 couples with children, large kitchen with full equipment also suitable for long stays, bathrooms and, and, and. Our children also received very qualified riding lessons and my husband and I were finally able to ride again - with a riding instructor, on very well trained school horses. Next summer, we have already booked 2 weeks at a time!

Beautiful space. Great communication, was able to resolve concerns directly. added the stair gates especially for our daughter. My son was surprised by the Easter bunny and found a gift to himself outside the door - a thousand thanks again for that he was so happy. Unfortunately, we couldn't do much because our son got sick, but we were in the apartment for 24 hours for several days and there was nothing missing. The cleanliness, the amenities everything was great. Even the toys that were on site were great. We felt so comfortable and would come back any time. Thanks to Peggy & Torsten :)

The place was very clean and offered all the amenities needed for a stay. The parking lot is a bonus for me, as you don't have to search long. The only small shortcoming, but which means whining at a high level: a small lamp in the living room would have been desirable, because otherwise you only have the choice between darkness or bright lighting. I would definitely come back! ☺️
