We had a great stay. The room in a beautiful half-timbered house is lovingly decorated and has a large sunny terrace. The surrounding area is very nice and quiet. We recommend!

The place was clean, well equipped and in a central location. Peter was friendly and accommodating.

We had a very enjoyable stay with Thomas. The reception was warm and we felt completely comfortable. The apartment was extremely clean, nice and modernly furnished – it really had everything you needed. The location is wonderfully quiet and perfect as a starting point for hikes or excursions. Everything was straightforward – highly recommended!

Roswitha and her family (including the super nice dog) gave us the opportunity to check in earlier and then warmly welcomed us. The apartment is spacious and fully equipped. Everything was available for cooking and the dishwasher took over the dishes. We felt like at home at Roswitha's place. A bakery is right next door, a small organic shop three and the Edeka about ten minutes away on foot. In twelve minutes uphill we were at the jumps. From Brotterode, you can quickly get everywhere in the Thuringian Forest by car. We were able to park directly at the property. There are also regional bus services, but we have not tested them. We would definitely come back if it suits.
