Haus Iris is an independent small terraced house on two floors with its own entrance. Downstairs are the bathroom, the kitchen-living room and the living room with access to the covered terrace. Upstairs are the two bedrooms: The large one with a double bed, the small one with two single beds. As is customary in vacation homes, duvet covers and towels are not included in the price, but can be provided for €7.50 per person per week. A Tesla charging station is 5 km away on the highway.

Family-friendly apartment

On 90 square meters, the cozy apartment offers everything a family could wish for on vacation: a large bedroom with a king-size bed and baby crib, a large children's room for up to four children with board games and books, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for up to eight people (incl. 2 high chairs), a large bathroom with shower, bathtub and washing machine and of course step stool + toilet seat for the smaller guests.

We feel extremely comfortable there, and have thus created a place where even more than four people can comfortably experience the magic of our forest and its tranquility. We see this place as an invitation to enjoy soothing community: be it on a family scale, for meetings as school or student friends or newer, warm acquaintances.

Over many years, the graceful Villa Charlotte has been renovated with great dedication. The timeless charm of the building is not only reflected in the beautiful facade, but also the garden and the apartments themselves are lovingly laid out and furnished. The villa is situated in a quiet, picturesque environment perfect for relaxing walks and excursions.
