It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park. The south facing boiler house has an area of approximately 70m2 and an open sleeping area on the gallery. There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible.
